clear answers and efficient every time
Every time I speak with Stan at Ammtrain,he is super efficient and asks clear questions and has clear answers to my queries. I used to do all my planning myself online. Now I do a minimum of preliminary planning and let Stan do the rest for me at no extra cost. What a time saver.

Train reservations were new to me so I…
Train reservations were new to me so I used a phone rather than a website. Stan was my reservation specialist who was an incredible help, with much knowledge and patience as he guided me through the process, even offering help acquiring a rental car. It took a few days to confirm each component of our trip, after Stan gave me booking details. He never rushed me or acted too busy to help. I’m grateful he walked with me through all the details of a trip we’re excited to take.

Website was not user friendly.
The website was impossible to navigate. Phone calls were answered with a message to call again later, after two frustrating days trying to book a trip from Santa Barbara to Los Antonio riding the Texas Eagle, I found a very helpful, patient agent named Stan. I would award him 10 stars!
