I purchased a Whipped Tallow Butter product from Ami Ventures on Onbuy.com in the UK. They took payment, but I never received a confirmation of y order or the product. The order then never showed on my Onbuy orders and I had no way to contact Onbuy as they direct contact with the seller. I've tried everything to get the product or my money returned to no avail. Therefore this review. Very infortunate as its a lovely product.

Absolute scammer. Trying to sell stuff on Amazon for 1000% inflated prices, hoping someone will misclick.

A quick google search shows this company as having 1 star on Best Buy, Walmart marketplaces.

Ordered a plush teddy for my daughter through onbuy in November, it's now mid January and no parcel. I've contacted ami ventures twice now, once at the start of January and then left it a week and tried again, both times I got the same reply saying we're contacting the logistics team, give us time. Time? Tracking says my parcel has been in London for a month, it's missing, they just don't want to refund me so are delaying as long as possible

My item (though marked up) did actually arrive (placed order via OnBuy) though it took a while!

Ordered 2 polaris helmets for the kids for christmas and paid £438.66
Ordered on the 19th November and they sent a tracking on the 22nd, only ONE of the helmets arrived on the 5th December and it was a different helmet and colour to what I had ordered.. also cheaper ! Amiventures.net SCAM !
Look at all the BAD reviews this place needs investigating!

Received my item but it was damaged and very poor quality for the price paid. I have requested to return the item but this is proving impossible as they took days to acknowledge my initial message and are now not responding at all. SCAM website, avoid, avoid, avoid

I would give 0 stars if I could. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered my niece some playing blocks and they sent me polish medicines! No confirmation email or anything. They will not give me my refund either. They are ignoring me. Don't buy from onbuy.com or this company!!

Ordered a hoover via ami ventures/buy.com. Waited a few weeks for delivery and when it arrived it was.....A lipstick.
Trying to deal with anyone from ami or buy.com is like pulling teeth. Around and around in circles with both parties not accepting responsibility. Luckily I brought via paypal, who refunded me back after I opened a dispute. Do not use. Its a complete scam, seems they do it all the time by the looks of these reviews. Dont know how they get away with it.

Used on buy and they sent out hair conditioner instead of a child’s toy this is a complete let down and also letting down a child who spent her pocket money and it’s happened to others avoid!

Ordered a dolls house and guess what I received a small box with shampoo and conditioner as funny as it is it was for my daughters birthday problem is this will be hard now for me to prove that’s what happened I used on buy avoid at all cost this seller ami ventures

It’s a scam!!!! I paid over £30 for a product I didn’t receive and they haven’t replied to my emails.
I would love a refund, but there’s not a cat in hells chance. How can they be allowed to get away with robbing people?

Awful. Ordered from this company through OnBuy. They cancelled my order for no reason whatsoever (after weeks) and didn’t inform me why. I messaged to understand and they told me that the item “didn’t pass the quality control process”… however , they were now selling the item at a higher price (£50 more expensive), so clearly, they thought they could just squeeze more money out of a sale… genuinely terrible!

They are cheats. I bought an item for 75 Euros that leaks and isnt fit. for purpose. They don't/won't respond. Basically just steal your money and sell you broken goods.

Brought something off them on trademe. Cost me $163 NZ dollars. Never contacted me until I wrote a bad review and promised me a refund. Have never received a refund. Dont buy anything from them

Order will not arrive in time! Late in communicating. I am concerned about the return process based on the past experience posted.

Sent me a battered box containing trainers 5 sizes too small than ordered, at a cost £24 more than RRP. Returned the item for a refund but a week has now gone by since tracking records it arriving at their warehouse- don’t bother - have now refused me return postage trying to make out a us7 is a uk9.5 - jokers/frauds

Edit: They refunded me, so I'll change my review from 1 star to 3. I still believe they bought the mic from Amazon US, though...

I bought a microphones from Ami Ventures Inc. through OnBuy. The mic was delivered to me in an amazon bag with an amazon shipping receipt inside. The label on the outside peeled off to reveal another address label underneath. Basically, Ami Ventures bought a mic from amazon US and then sold it at a higher price in the UK.
Unscrupulous business practice.

It is a scam. I ordered 12 pack of 40m Glide dental floss on OnBuy (another scam website?) and the people trading as Ami Ventures Inc sent me 12 packs of 4m floss instead, i.e. 10 times less floss.

Ordered a jigsaw as a present for Christmas on 28th November. Got a message yesterday to say that the order was on its way. This morning another message to say that I'm being refunded as the item is of of stock.

I've managed to source the jigsaw elsewhere but now no idea if it will come before Christmas.

Almost 2 weeks to let me know it's out of stock?
