I never received my package

I never received my package. I wasted my money. worst part was I paid through klarna, so it was taking money bi weekly and I never even got my items. I messaged them on Instagram, the official site, replied to options on emails saying "didn't receive it yet" but still not one word. I ordered the fruit loops body butter, then as well as the fruit loops bundle!! im sick of people stealing from hard working individuals. im q single mom, and that is just disgusting of this company!!

After placing an order, they say they don't have access to customer information!

Whole bottle of room spray opened and leaked completely everywhere inside box on everything else. Duplicate products. Some weren't even sealed other than having a lid on. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! They told me they needed my name, address, and email address to send a replacement because they supposedly can't access customer information? And why do you need my email to send me a replacement? Will never shop from this small business ever again! I'd give zero stars if I could!
