I bought a Christmas decoration from them. The pictures were of a well made 3D Santa riding on a dragon. What I got was a flat plastic cut out that even the picture on it was blurred. Absolute scam. Don't go near them.

I ordered some jeans off them. They were too big so I emailed the support dept to ask if I could exchange for a smaller size.
After asking for pictures of the product and a QR code on the packaging which I sent, they then got back to me saying that I received the size I ordered and did I have a friend I could give them to that would fit them.
I got back to them saying no I don’t want to give them to a friend I would like to exchange for a smaller size or a refund.
They replied that they can’t exchange and that I could keep the jeans and they would give me a $4 USD refund.
I replied is this a joke! I paid $50 USD am happy to pay for postage from my end to have them exchanged for my size.
They replied we will offer you $7 USD.
Waaay too hard! I cut my losses and took the $7.
Don’t go there! Dodgy!

They sent incomplete parts to put item together (crazy path marauder) and then made me send photos and videos of what I received and kept arguing that "the warehouse said they sent all of the right parts" well they didn't and it is impossible for me to use. After many rude emails, they offered me a $3 refund on a $70 item. Then when I reported to Paypal, they said I have to have the item back to them by a certain date, which was impossible as the postage takes almost a month to get there and fast tracking was not an option for this aged pensioner. Never ever do business with them they are full of attitude and tricks.

Absolutely terrible communication and very poor products. If I had my time again, I’d never purchase anything from them again!

I order the chair leg protectors. I was charged twice and never got a product. They are impossible to get in touch with. Do not order anything from them!!

I ordered a wine bottle opener on Aug 17 and received a tracking number on Aug 19. The expected delivery date (based on the shipping information from their website) was between Aug 21-25. On Aug 29, the tracking information still showed that USPS was waiting to receive the package so I messaged Amgomall and asked when they would be shipping. They responded back that the opener had arrived in the US and to please wait an additional 7-10 days and it should arrive.

The package was delivered on Sept. 1 and arrived undamaged, in a polybag. The opener is unbranded and the kind of quality you would expect to get from China. It is battery operated and after adding batteries I was able to open a bottle of wine easily. Not sure how long the batteries will last or how many bottles I will be able to open before draining the batteries, but for now it is working as expected.

Overall, this shopping experience was ok. They were a little off on the expected arrival date, but still within an acceptable range IMO. I don’t know if my email had anything to do with receiving the item so quickly after contacting them, but I think it may have.

I probably would not purchase from this company again only because I don’t like getting a tracking number that sits for so long without activity. I would caution friends and family that may want to order from Amgomall that they should stay on top of the shipment and contact Amgomall if the item does not arrive when expected.
