The best price ever

I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from them as a big birthday present, so I was really excited about them.
A couple of months later I found out they are NOT genuine Ray-Bans — they are fake.
I paid a lot of money for them and it’s really disappointing. I definitely do NOT recommend this seller.
Unfortunately this completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday gift.

I ordered glasses on 8june. They still haven’t arrived. There’s no way to contact them - no email or phone number. They have comments switched off on socials. I just want to warn others about this terrible company. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Amevista on 25 May 2026 and paid £301. The product was advertised as available, but weeks passed without any dispatch, tracking number, or realistic update regarding delivery.

Customer service was extremely disappointing. Most emails were ignored, and when replies eventually arrived, they were generic and failed to answer simple questions about the status of my order.

After waiting for weeks, I requested a refund. Initially, I was told that a voucher was the preferred solution instead of returning my money. Only after mentioning a bank dispute and consumer rights did Amevista agree to process a refund.

The biggest issue is that they repeatedly failed to provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or any proof that the refund had actually been sent to my bank. Despite numerous requests, they avoided providing the information needed to trace the transaction.

As a customer, I was left without the sunglasses, without my money for an extended period, and without any transparency from the company.

Based on my experience, Amevista appears happy to take payment immediately, but when problems arise, communication becomes poor and obtaining clear answers becomes extremely difficult.

I would not recommend this company and will never purchase from them again.

As of 17 July 2026, I still have not received the £301 refund that Amevista claimed had been processed.

I have already bought three pairs of glasses here this year, and I’m extremely satisfied. I’m also very impressed with the fast delivery.

My experience was completely satisfying. The processing and shipping were very fast, and my order arrived one day earlier than expected. The package was very well packed, and the glasses turned out excellent.

Based on my previous experiences buying glasses online from local retailers, I had always been disappointed because they were not honest about their processing and delivery times. In contrast, Amevista pleasantly surprised me. I would definitely buy from them again.

I am extremely disappointed with Amevista.

I returned my order over four months ago, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same generic response. No one is trying to find a solution or take responsibility for the situation.

I understand that customs can sometimes cause delays, but waiting more than four months for a refund is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I should not have to bear the consequences of shipping or customs issues for such an unreasonable amount of time.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I expected professional customer service, but instead I received repetitive template replies and no real assistance.

I cannot recommend Amevista based on my experience.

Very happy with the product and service. Easy to order online, I got light reactive prescription glasses, which are perfect. The price was very competitive compared to online and retail. Glasses arrived 1 day before estimated delivery

My product arrived in good condition and in the declared time. The quality of the lenses was very good. What I liked the most was the customization options of the frame and lenses.

Impossible to get any support as customer. 1 pair turned up with everything and the other had a used looking hard case, only 1 sleeve over the arm and totally missing the soft case. And it’s so hard to report a faulty/missing item and you’ll most likely be ignored. All you get is please give us feedback for discount on more pairs. Delivery was fast but otherwise you’d be better off spending money on fairly expensive items from a reputable uk company
