Amerijet ... a waste of time
Totally disappointed in this company. I originally called to see if they delivered to a particular location. I was told they did and to call back with the size and weight of the parcel. The following day I called back with the requested info and was told they would work out a price for me. I then called more than 10 times over the next 3 weeks as well as emailing to get a price. I was continually told that the Miami office hadn't come back with a price.
I feel this company does not value its customers and their marketing info which states 'Quotes, easy and fast, tailored to you' is obviously just that ... as my experience has been the opposite. If I could give it 1/2 a star I would. I wasted my time with this company.
