I placed an order on 10/15/20 for my birthday and still have yet to receive a response on when my order is arriving. When I check the shipping information that was sent the Post Offices message is “Your package is on its way to a USPS facility”. This is surprising because the email originally sent to me on 10/15/20 was that they sent the package already.
