This company repeatedly fails to deliver. The following are some examples:

1.) Improper and unprofessional publishing formats.
2.) Failure to comply with Amazon's publishing terms of service policy, which risks punitive action against the author.
3.) They did not publish on three websites as promised.
4.) Their Social Media Marketing campaign was pointless as it didn't direct buyers to working purchase sites.
5.) Failed to create a website linked to social media accounts and purchase links to 'optimize' search and marketing.
6.) Failure to honor the 100% satisfaction noted within the contract dated June 25, 2024
7.) To this very day, this company fails to respond to emails, despite reasonable offers to settle this dispute.

Excellent. I wrote 12th man the Bardy years. American Writing Services took my loose word docs and turned it into a hard cover book I could hold in my hands. I must of done 12-15 drafts. They helped me each and every time. The book cover design, back cover and foreword were worth the price alone. They produce high quality books. Thanks Anna and Paul

The final product was very good (not great), but the efforts to get there were anything but smooth: Trouble communicating (being heard); switching consultants midstream; paying 100% up front; overly-expensive additional offers; unnecessary extra costs at the end. A six-week project that took 13 weeks to "complete" (I am still making corrections on AWS's work).
