I already had a fully functioning website in operation, but kept having issues. This company came to my rescue and created me a whole new website with my existing backend payment processing system. I highly recommend.

I contacted American Web Nerds during my project of implementing Career Pathways in UK Security Industry. The way they understood the scope of work and designed the Career Pathways on our website was really fantastic. As a company, we really admire the American Web Nerds for providing us the best of their services with their paramount professionalism. The team coordination and correspondence during the entire phases of project was really appreciating. They delivered their services in a very adequate amount of time at very reasonable package. Kudos!!!! To the American Web Nerds!!!

I contacted americanwebnerds for a website design. I own an Hvac company. I was told it was a month to month agreement, no contract. They immediately took $3000 from my bank account. In the almost three month process of their web designs I had black background with orange/red and blue clashing colors a pic of a 1950's thermostat, childish looking pics for links. I was also asked to buy a web domain for $7000. I finally gave up on this company and fired them.
Then came the enjoyment of them refusing to refund my money, claiming all kinds of reasons for the non refund.
I waited the time period for my bank to revert the charges from their business dept. Then they called and wanted me to agree to let them charge me again. Hilarious.
Then I was told by they would leave me bad review for breach of contract if I left them a review of how horrible things went with americanwebnerds.
Theres some of my experience from americanwebnerds, take from it what you will.
They churn out overpriced Wordpress sites; you're really better off starting one yourself and paying someone on fiverr or a savvy IT friend to help you finish it. These guys will NOT help you if your site breaks or succumbs to any kind of site injection hacks; they will instead charge you an exhorbitant amount to REDESIGN your website from scratch (which is what they do...churn out sites) they do NOT have technical knowledge passed building a site; they do NOT know how to support, troubleshoot, or resolve issues with your site. They will NOT give you access to FTP or cPanel in order to administer your site thereafter; they hold onto this power in order to extort more money from you.
The company states to be "located in" California; the team-members that I dealt with are clearly using fake American sounding names (like Daniel Smith, Jake, etc.) but their e-mail correspondence shows an apparent understanding of English as a second language. Always dealing with a "project manager" who has "a team" but technical questions are never answered.
I can only speak on my experience; if you continue with them, use them for the initial building and cut ties before you get harassed for charges to upgrade plugins and versions (things you can do for free within wordpress). Research and know what you need before negotiations, or you WILL get thrown BS terms and services with high price-tags. They always have some type of "promotion/discount" to entice you, and use to rush your decisions "before the promotion ends"
horrid experience...
To the team that’s makes a professional effort and committed to what they say, they stick with it. I am the owner of theunityshop.store, and when my dad died less than a year ago, I had nothing. My dad tells me to find something or a team that you can trust. This team has really came and showed me the way of success. They can build it. They can drive it. The way that you can imagine. With Emma Hale and her team have came so strong and open eyes to a vision that I didn’t have at the time. This is the team to go with American Web Nerds
