I chose American Web Coders because it was my first time using a company to update my website for me. When I first called, they actually had a lot of work that I never even imagined to do. I personally did not want to figure how to do the website myself, so they really did some great work! Zam Walker was the main person helping me. He was absolutely great! Professional, respectful, helpful, and patient as well considering I Kept making changes and asking for things! I am very grateful and very happy to have worked with him and I would use this company again if I did need any other services! I also would hope to be able to work specifically with Zam, however anyone I spoke to in this company was polite as well.

American web coders is a great website developer and marketing company to work with. From day one they assigned my company a professional project manager Mr Sam Wilson. With Mr Wilson great communication skills and hard work my company now has a great website and marketing. My company will continue to work with american web coders for all our marketing needs.

I would like to take the time out and thank this company for doing such a great job on my website and trying to get everything together in short notice. There communication is great and they try everything in there power to make sure your site is for you and your liking and Mr.Sam Wilson he is the greatest he has been by my side every step of the way, he such a hard worker and wants nothing but the best for his customers and I love it thank y’all so much the whole team for working with me and making my site everything that I wanted and more.

Patience is required. Coding or color, there is an art in web design and what I do which is not easily articulated via text and email. Inspiration comes in a flash and takes time to create.
Overall, everyone at American Web coders has been professional, courteous and patient.

I wish I'd had a better understanding of how much upscale in cost there would be at the time I'd suggested certain edits. That said, my website will clearly be a work of art and represent myself and its code builders well.

Our company has been around for 45 years and the thought of building a website was terrifying. The project seem very challenging at first because there was another website previously done that was a hot mess. Thank God for people like Amelia and her Project design team at American web coders, they were very knowledgeable.patient creative and overall PROFESSIONAL to my company needs. 4/5/21 Its hard to know where to begin. I wanted an affiliate website built in WordPress, which they said they could do. I provided a PowerPoint & Word documet how I wanted the website to be designed, hoping that since I'm not a web designer they would make it look better. I also gave them example sites to review so they knew not just the look and feel but also the way I would like to have visitors navigate through the site.
They would come back with disigns not even close to what I was asking for, evne when I provided them a layout of what I was thinking. After mulitiple discussions and sending more corrections I was fed up and wanted my money back since they provide a 100% money back guarantee. Well, even after speaking to management they would not refund my money , said I was not qualified to get my money back. They are not doing what I ask, its been TWO MONTHS and it should have been completed by now and they keep coming up with delays of what they're developers can and can't do. Its NOT a difficult site, no eCommerce, just an affiliate site that ranks and reviews products. They have no contacts other than the people that I spoke with so I don't even know who the president is, nor does this company even have their own Facebook page to be able to post any information or ratings on their Facebook site. I'm just ONE GUY, trying to put together an affiliate site like so many that are out there and they can't even do this, nor make the corrections I ask for that are based on simple disign concepts. I know they have top ratings, but seriously, it would be nice to be able to go up the food chain to rattle a cage to get thigns the way they need to be. Can't even find out who the president is of this company. WORST experience in the world, but have to suffer through it since they won't get my money back, and I found other developers who could do exactly what I'm asking for in half the time.

Today is April 21st, original review was April 5. That review was done April 5th. After being told I was not eligible for the 100% Money back gaurantee, I was persuaded to continue the project, promising me they would delivery what I asked for. A simple web design for a new affiliate marketing site. Instructions continued to be ignored, and when I would go to see the updated site, I would sometimes see that instructions were ignored, other times work was done that I didn't ask for. The only request I made that could have been tricky was asking to have a content element anchored so that while the user is scrolling the page, that content stays in view. I've seen it on other websites and was told that this was something taht they could do. Two moths, three weeks later, I'm finally told it can't be done, or THEY can't do it. Other design elements looked like they were done by 6th graders and the time between my repeated requests was so long I was wondering if they were working at all, and when I finally saw what they said they were working on, nothing changed!

If I had a customer that communicated such disappointment I too would want to make it better. Unfortunately I just got more aggrivated, especially when I know what I asked for could be done, and done a lot faster after consulting other firms of these issues. I know they have some good reviews, but I can't say this was a good experience at all. It would have been smarter to provide me a refund as their contact says is "100% Money Back Gaurantee"--which is a lie because they refused to provide me a refund after well documented areas of frustration of not haveing instructions followed, than to have this review left. I'd rather warn people, especially individuals who don't have deep pockets and can afford the loss. I can't afford the loss, but I couldn't put up with the aggrivations any longer.
