Sometimes I request a person and it doesn't show up on the screen so I wonder if I forgot to put it in. Then call and sure enough they have it but I can't view. Also, doesn't seem too in depth but for an additional charge they can take it further. We are finding they will go further with the background and not inform us that they did but it will show up as an extra fee on our bill.

If additional searches are required to ensure accuracy we run those reports at no charge to our clients. The system charges then we make an adjustment. Credit Reports
We used American Tenant Screen for running credit reports for prospective tenants in retail centers. When I first used American Tenant Screen, I had to call customer service to have a couple of items explained to me on how to read a report. Customer service was great and explained everything I needed to know. Since that time we have run many more reports, with no issues. Also, when we worked with ATS for the initial set-up, they were able to put in reference codes with plenty of information to make it easy for when we receive their invoice to apply the cost to the correct account. All in all I feel that ATS is a great service company for our companies purpose.
