Thank you for your feedback. We understand a $25.00 annual compliance fee seems like a nuisance that can be easily waived. There’s been a significant increase in compliance procedures and audits. Many of our client recognize that our prices are lower than our competitors, this is a direct result of the annual fee alleviating the cost of compliance.

Information includes credit status and any eviction history, if existing. I highly recommend their service. It certainly helps avoid any headaches by taking on a problem tenant.
