My order didn’t come i messaging and messaging no reply and calling also but no answer!!!! I need a refund!😡😡😡😡

I haven’t received my order that was for my daughters birthday. I sent numerous emails and had absolutely no response I wish I had of paid attention to the other reviews because I would’ve known this was going to happen. Definitely won’t be ordering again and I really would like to know where my order is going to come or my refund

Goods still haven't arrived, even though I received an email saying goods sent. Used tracking number but delivery company haven't received it yet. Delivery was meant to be 3 to 5 working days. Gift was for my sons birthday.

My parcel said it had arrived and it never showed up at all.

Never got my order lost 50 pound fuming!!!

Placed an order on the 17th December. Did not expect delivery before Christmas but still have not receIved anything and we are now a month down the line. Shipping status is unchanged so don’t think items will come now. No communication from seller and no response to emails sent. This left me no option but to take it up with my bank as the payment was taken at time of order.

Parcel arrived on time, and quality was A+, can’t fault them. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered various items from American Kandy during the middle of November last year for Christmas. The whole process went smoothly and Evri delivered the parcel within 3-5 days (glad I ordered early!). Would definitely order again.

Never had a problem my granddaughter loves the stuff carry on the good work

i have received my both mystery boxes they was both well wrapped on time and both my son and myself thoroughly enjoyed the contents in both boxes thank you.

Absolutely love the company, I order every week or 2, fast delivery and always reliable. Would recommend to anyone!

A great selection of candy I ordered over £100 worth of candy and it was delivered on time and was worth the money I will recommend and use this company again the service was excellent my grandchildren loved the candy boxes and the mystery boxes so much value for money this is the site to order candy from I’ve tried a lot of others their choice is no where near as good as this site

Only been able to order once but couldn't fault anything, they had what I wanted in stock and it couldn't of been any easier, keep doing what your doing!

My experiences have been great so far. There was one instance which was minor. But still pleased with the care they wrap your items with.

Great selection of American sweets at decent prices

I have ordered here once or twice before last year (2022) & I got the large mystery box both times, it was a speedy delivery within a few days & you do get a good selection of American goodies I did have a lot of similar sweets which is cool but I would prefer more of a mixture of the other goodies & a few less sweets but overall I like this company & will order again In future.

Persinally never had an issue with the company move a day or so late but with everything else I'm not surprised excellent services too

I purchased the sweet mystery box. Was really disappointed with the contents I had eight items when I read the info it said you would receive between ten to twelve items so this is false advertising. I did send an e-mail to the company they did not reply back. Won't be using again.
