American Driving Academy provided all of the support and requirements my teen driver needed to successfully obtain a license. They were readily available, friendly, and thorough.

On time schedule, inspector put my daughter at ease.

I used the online course for my kiddo to get all the driving theory completed. I didn't use the driving instructors as I had already taught my older son to drive. I did however use the instructors for my kiddo to do the road test. The process was very straightforward.

My instructor Aly was wonderful. She was professional and made me feel comfortable during the test. I was a little nervous and she showed kindness that made me calm down and not feel anxious. I appreciate her handling of the test. I made a few errors and when I did, she never responded on a way to make it worse.

My daughter had 3 excellent instructors.

My issue is the companies policies and system. Daughter took her 3 driving lessons and not one instructor advised she wouldn't be able to take her driving test on her birthday. She needed to wait one day to have her 365 days. we had an appt on her birthday go to the appointment and not able to do the test. So they canceled the appointment but I'm out my money. I had to repay the fee. There was no way to switch to the next day. The last time I had to wait months for a refund. I believe they have us due to the fact they are the only company doing testing. Will be going to the BBB.

Jean was great, made class fun and explained things in detail.

Josh was a great presenter and very nice guy. My daughter learned a lot and was excited to tell me everything she learned at the end of each day.
