Absolutely loved my visit to American Design Studios! The talent on display was mind-blowing and the vibe was so positive and empowering. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. It’s more than just a drag show; it’s a celebration of art, identity and community. Can’t wait to go back!

Only wish, more frequent checks-ins. We do monthly, but biweekly might help. Overall, though, totally recommend American Design Studios!

At this point, having worked with American Design Studios for years, I really cannot recommend them to you. They did a good job in the very beginning but not recently. Now, they are very slow, if ever. I paid to have my website updated, but so far it has not been done (1 week so far) even though they said it would be done very soon (hours). They asked me for information that they claimed they sent me but did not. Their invoices are vague and I have to ask for the details of the charges. More important, I have asked that my credit card information be deleted, but they kept it. They are not returning my calls. I agree with the most negative of the reviews here. They have no idea how to run a business.

I had a wonderful experience with American Design Studios for my logo design. The process was smooth and their designs were extremely talented.

★☆☆☆☆ Very Unprofessional – Do Not Recommend

Terrible experience. The “website” they sent wasn’t even a real site—just one slide with my logo, even after I provided all the menus they asked for. They misrepresented their location, asked for extra money before completing any work, and constantly called me with empty promises. After paying them, the website was never completed at all. They also refused to refund me, so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Completely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

I looked online on Google to see if a graphic company could make me a logo for my school project, the first thing to appear is this website, I told them about my situation and to see if they could help, they did and I gave them my debit card info and everything, at that point my bank notified me that its a scam website and that its fraud but the damage was already done, I called and called to get them to remove my name and everything off there books but they kept telling me I had to pay around 200 bucks to get me off there call list, they where also trying there very hardest to get me to pay more to make a website that I never wanted in the first place, after some time I got a call at work from some company called kindle Avenue, I picked up the phone to see what they wanted and they said my name, my business, and that I wanted to make a website, obviously American design studios is getting another shady business to do there bidding and harass me for chump change. This company needs to be mass reported to the police or something cus its ridiculous.

I purchased logo design services from American Design Studios and was promised a refund on August 18, 2025 (with a 7–15 business day timeline). As of September 7, 2025, no refund has been received. Communication has been poor — texts and chats only repeat the same excuses, emails are now blocked, and no confirmation has been provided.
The company advertises a 100% Money-Back Guarantee, but has not honored it. I have filed disputes with my credit card company and a complaint with the BBB.

Our research lab website (smashresearchlabs.com) has gone offline multiple times while hosted by American Design Studios. Each time, service was not restored promptly, and communication was limited to automated replies or requests for additional funds.
The reasons provided (such as DDoS attacks, storage expansion, or traffic increases) were never substantiated, yet additional payments were requested. This raised serious concerns about reliability and transparency.

As a result, we had to escalate the issue to our university IT department and are now planning to migrate our hosting elsewhere. Reliable web access is critical for academic research, and unfortunately, this service has not met even the basic expectations of uptime and accountability.

I cannot recommend this provider for anyone who needs dependable hosting.

Beware of working with American Design Studios.

Our team worked with them for 3 months to develop a company website. Initially, the communication seemed smooth, and the pricing looked reasonable. However, once the site was completed, they claimed that the website violated ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance and demanded an additional payment.

When we asked for clarification or declined to pay the unexpected fee, they unilaterally shut down the site without prior notice. No written contract was signed, and there was no transparency in the scope of work or responsibilities.

The domain and hosting were controlled entirely by them, which left us with no access to our own website. We now realize this is part of a pattern.

We do not recommend this company and suggest any potential clients demand full transparency and maintain control over their hosting and domain from day one.

The company billed me twice. I called them and they stated that "I" had approved the logos, which is a flat out LIE! The logos that were sent to me were ALL JUNK!! I ask for a refund several times and they billed my account TWICE!
The JUNK they sent me was NOT approved by me and I am NOT 100% satisfied!!!
I called them and they HUNG UP on me!!! What a BAD company!

I used their services starting on December of last year up until February 5 logos in total the main one being the company I was creating the other 4 were personal for each of our members. Long story short I cought them using images from adobe stock claiming them as their own designs. When I asked for a refund of atleast one they stopped replying. I was never planning on writing reviews but you guys should investigate before you get sued by using others artwork

Bullying, harassing, and switch bait tactics. I would not recommend this company. They are the worst. They call you multiple times a day and use hard selling shinanigans. Do NOT use them. UPDATE: A year and a half after this review, 3/16/26, American Design refuses to use this review as a process for improvement and would rather have it dismissed as invalid. My review was investigated by Trustpilot and confirmed as valid when written in August 2024. I was a paying customer and this is an honest review. American Design, you may continue to bully me to get this review removed, but I stand by this review as it has went through the proper channels for integrity and was deemed authentic. There’s an employee that has really poor customer service. If you are a startup company don’t do any business with this company. If you don’t have the funds there is an employee that will make fun of you for not having the funds. And this employee is so pushy to get you something you don’t need. I wish this website had an option to post up screenshots of the emails and screenshots that I have from said employee.

Needed a mobile app American Design studios development team made it all a smooth and apps hit my customer feel free to move through the app.
