customer service went above and beyond. i purchased flx300 and my elegoo saturn 4 ultra 16k was throwing errors due to the viscosity. customer service held my hand through every step in getting things working, as well as doing follow up emails.

The resin TGM-7 from Ameralabs is a…
The resin TGM-7 from Ameralabs is a very good resin for tabel tops minitures. I calibrated the printing parameters with cones of calibration and got very good results after this. The minitures are very detailed and the fine structures like the blade of knifes or swords are flexible enough to cover some force. I like the resin. The price looks quite high but the printing time is much lesser the the cheaper standard resins and is more durable then those. I like this resin and will print more

Attentive company with great resins
I recently had the chance to test AmeraLabs TGM-7, and I’m genuinely impressed. Most of our experience lies with printing large 1:8–1:9 scale figures and chibi kits for sale, and over the years we’ve experimented with a wide range of materials. Normally it’s always a trade-off: the more brittle a resin is, the sharper it prints, and the tougher it is, the more detail you lose. TGM-7 is one of the very few resins we’ve tested that breaks that rule. It delivers excellent detail while offering a level of toughness I haven’t been able to replicate with any other material so far.
Part of the reason we tested it was because we’re in the process of expanding into wargaming miniatures. Those models have much thinner parts and get handled regularly, so our usual figure resin mix wasn't durable enough. We’d already been experimenting with tougher blends and even mixing our own. TGM-7 turns out to be fantastic for minis thanks to its rigidity and bend resistance. It’s not a resin I’d use for large figure printing, though, long swords, staffs, etc need something that won’t sag over months on a shelf and the cost per figure would simply be too high. But for miniatures, the performance absolutely stands out.
During my tests, pieces that would normally snap (abs like) or explode (standard) only bent or, at worst, snapped cleanly at logical weak points (although in most of the tests that required me throwing them at the ground with force, not just dropping them from a tabletop). For anyone needing durability without sacrificing aesthetics, that combination is worth a lot.
The support I received was also exceptional. Gabrielé from AmeraLabs reached out proactively, provided all the information I needed, and even had the team sanity-check my settings while I was dialing things in. The follow-ups, ideas, and general willingness to help made a huge difference. It’s rare to see a company treat a small-scale etsy seller (50-100 yearly orders) with this level of care.
A few practical notes for fellow makers:
– TGM-7 does take more effort to dial in than standard or ABS-like resins. I wouldn’t recommend it as someone’s very first material.
– The price is on the higher end, but in my experience the performance justifies it. Spend time on dialing it in properly once and you'll have consistent prints afterwards.
– Their blog and documentation are genuinely some of the best resources out there, not just for their own products but for resin printing in general. (think their blog post over rafts (I was really overdoing them) or their resin printer troubleshooting guide)
Even the bottle design deserves a mention: stable on the shelf, easy to handle with thick gloves, and surprisingly little residue inside when pouring. The rectangular shape of the bottle makes them easy to stack side by side for storage. Small things, but it shows they think about the details.
This review is simply my personal experience as a maker; no sponsorship, no compensation. But credit where it’s due: AmeraLabs clearly cares about their craft and their community, and it shows in both their materials and their support.
Looking forward to working with their resins more in the future.

I can't say enough good things about…
I can't say enough good things about the TGM-7 resin. I primarily print miniatures for table top rpg gaming. Many of the minis get used by middle school students during our weekly after school D&D club. I've only been into 3d printing for about the last 15 months. I initially got frustrated with miniatures constantly breaking, especially the more delicate or thin bits. Ameralabs was one of the first companies to pop up in a quick net search of flexible resin. I came across a YouTube review/demo and I was sold. When I initially got my first bottle of TGM-7 I was having some plate adhesion issues. Customer service was able to walk me through some minor adjustments, and haven't had many problems since. This stuff holds up to rough handling, drops, etc. Sure, I occasionally still get some breaks, but no where near as often. Yes the product is more expensive than a generic 1kg bottle, but definitely worth it if you intend to actually use your models for gameplay.
