I asked Amember for a customisation

I asked Amember for a customisation, they agreed, I paid them and then waited, waited and waited.

whilst they initially agreed that the customisation would take a week im still waiting 3 months later

when I keep asking for updates im repeatedly told that it will be completed within a few days or a week

I've been using aMember for over 6 years, and It's one of the best business decisions I've ever made. It's so easy to use, extremely secure, community friendly, and did I mention secure?

In all the years I've been using aMember, I have never had any login issues, security issues, payment issues, etc. I absolutely love this platform and all online business should check it out.

I have been using amember for 15+ years…

I have been using amember for 15+ years now.

What i like most about their services is their support. they respond prompty.

What improvements i would love to see:

1. support during weekends. afterall its a billing service, if the billing is down, no sales and possible site is down too if it depends on login.

2. more competitive pricing for custom plugin, over the years it has got alot more expensive to create simple and complicated plugins by amember. i have done alot but lately none, due to the price increase.

3. update do break some stuff, its not okay to break existing features such as VAT reporting tools, just cause some users requesting a change. Any added/new feature is fine, but changing a feature should only be possible if user have the ability to choose between either.

I am giving 5 star cause they are responsible, and act professional.
