I received my order and when I opened it diamonds was missing off the top and my skirt was ripped by the zipper part and when I sent pictures to them they said it wasn’t like that when I sent it but I never tried it on and they won’t fix it and I paid $265 for it and it my birthday outfit and all I want was a new skirt and fix the top .i won’t never order from this company again in my life

Love this dress store
I ordered a dress that wasn’t ready to ship, and needed production time on accident. I was wondering why it hadn’t shipped after a few days since I needed it quicks…so I reached out to them. They responded right away and offered me an alternative that was ready to ship and promised to have it shipped the same day. I got tracking within an hour to make sure I received my dress by my birthday. Customer Service was great.
