They charge you £24 to open account, when you find items that are profitable they are out of stock and push "alternatives" then when you spend more time to find items they don't discount the £24 as promised. While it's small money it's the principle, I emailed them nicely but they don't care and take no responsibility once items leave their warehouse, not a good company to work with AVOID.
If you are a professional organisation and like doing business with like-minded professional companies - I urge you to stay well clear of this company. Not only do they fail to provide invoices - they try to charge you when you request them. Stay clear of this company for your own good.
I spent thousands on goods with this company during the 2021/22 tax year. I stopped using them due to their incompetence in fulfilling orders.
When you sign-up for an account you are requested to pay £24 which you get in return once you place your first order. I did receive the £24 back after my first order - which was fine.
I've just had to do my end-of-year accounts and needed the invoices for 2021/22, so I tried to log in to my account (which I paid £24 to open) but because I hadn't placed an order for a couple of months I was then requested to pay a further £24. All I wanted was access to my purchase history/invoices so I could submit them for the end-of-year accounts. I had no intention of placing another order, so there was no way I was going to pay another £24 - so I contacted the team at AM requesting my invoices. The response was I would have to pay the £24 to access my account. I stated their actions are against the law - and gave them an opportunity to send me the invoices before contacting the relevant authorities. I'm still waiting for the invoices - so I had no option but to bring this to the attention of HMRC & Trading Standards. It's in their hands now.
So if you're thinking of working with this company - please avoid it at all costs. There are lots of other companies to purchase goods from - and who are a lot cheaper too.
