Amcor Ridgid Plastics in Millville NJ

This company is 💯% complete trash, they discriminate against women. When I first started working there I was not even there 3 months and a guy literally body checked me in the hallway on purpose I turned around and looked at him abd ge said go ahead and chuckled. I walked away reported the incident to management and spoke with HR in the morning, told what happened who saw it. The company responds after a day was we have you on video body checking him 1st. I was never so in shock in my life but at the time and the situation I was in I needed my job so I had to just some how let it go. So I stayed and worked and was discriminated against everyday. They falsify documents upper management approves of this along with HR. It’s terrible the people running the company are running it into the ground. I am sure if the president of the company knew what these people were doing they would definitely be gone. Production manager Jeff Reinius Sr. unbelievable what he allows to happen and HR Jessica Danis. They discriminate against women anytjing and everything the men team leads say they believe no matter what when it comes to women. I had 4 old men discriminating against me and upper management believed ever word the guys said about me. In a meeting with upper management I had mentioned that my team leader falsified documents and they said yeah because you wrote something on the paper that gets shown to customers that I didn’t want them to see. So of course the guys started breaking things and accusing me, I asked to see the recording that they supposedly recorded and they refused. The company is one bug LIE AFTER ANOTHER. This company will always be hiring because of all the lies and misinformation and bs that goes on there. In the end I went to HR to talk to them about management harassment and they let me go. I told them the supervisor (Rodney) opened the ladies room door talking about come on. I went off and the company terminated me.
