Wow the level courtesy, knowledge and customer service was great not pestering us round the store at all. We returned the day after to purchase after visiting other stores. Very satisfied and would return in a second if any other furniture required.

Wow! Very impressed with the swiftness of the delivery (2 working days) and having assembled (very easy) the sofa I am absolutely thrilled with it! My husband seems more impressed with the table containing a central icebox to keep all the beers cool!

Impressed with the service
Product great, delivery experience wonderful and was kept informed throughout.
Delivery people polite and courteous and had, for once read the delivery notes, not many do, which made it all flow well.
But. In these days of trying to be carbon neutral, could you not have taken the packaging away and recycled it? Only a very small gripe in a sea of fantasticness. Thank you

We travelled to the showroom to have a look at the rattan garden furniture and was met by a bunch of friendly sales team. We were given chance to look and ask about certain styles/ranges. Keele was great. Delivery was great and the booking was as what was explained. Keele also answered all our questions on how to care for cushions and furniture and gave some great tips and advice..
