The brands are good quality the shop is really maintained the time it took was efficient and the cost was sorted out and was a surprise in the value.

TGA ALERT! Amcal Smith Collective must be getting kick backs from Cannatrek Cannabis. Cannatrek product is the main product sourced by this pharmacy in Southport QLD and they will not order the product from a company that you want or any other Cannabis Co. Cannatrek product is dry, flavourless & completely ground up into tiny leaf/dust particles - otherwise known as 'waste' and more than likely less concentrated in active principle (NO flower) compromising the terpenes of the cannabis. Their product comes in generic pouches with NO reference to origin/batch numbers/expiry-use-by dates/ if its GMP certified 'nothing' only the Amcal label. As a patient you have no idea what you are ingesting. Amcal say they have total authority to give you whatever they have in stock (not what is on the prescription and especially NOT what you want in terms of choosing a brand). If this is true this needs to be revised by the TGA immediately and their S8 license revoked until an investigation is done.

Went into Amcal Cannon Hill to fill a script, which was marked "No Substitution". Was asked if I would like pharmacy brand product. I said, "No. I do not want a generic substitute." Came back to collect medication. It was a generic substitution and priced way above any cost I have paid before.
If this is not illegal, it is certainly morally reprehensible and surely unethical.
I shall pursue this matter and NEVER shop Amcal again.

Rude staff. Pharmacist "B" is useless, she acted like she was on a power trip. Don't waste your time here at this useless pharmacy. Appeared to be some underhanded activity occuring between staff as I witnessed a staff member pocketing pharmaceuticals and was asked to leave when questioning it. Untrustworthy and needs investigation.
