not impressed

not impressed: at this point I just laughed because the free spins were advertised as ready after deposit, but mine never appeared. Robert from internal message centre pasted a bonus FAQ and closed the thread before answering the actual question 😑

The help desk promised an email 'soon'…

The help desk promised an email 'soon' after I sent the screenshot. Soon became two days. When I chased it, help desk asked for the same screenshot again. Honestly exhausting. I closed the tab after that because the whole flow felt messy.

from a hotel room, and then Ticket #61274: message centre marked resolved on older Chrome browser while the spins stayed missing. Support reply gave no usable next step with no message centre note.

After login

After login, Ticket #83195 showed it clearly: the reply from the casino profile replied about password reset instead of the casino cashout. Bonus screen showed a newer balance on ticket #62481

In my case

In my case, the pattern across 3 months is that anything which takes money off you is instant and anything which returns it goes under review. I have the deposit and withdrawal request dates written down and no one disputes them.
