What is strange is I ordered from a company called Home of the Brave. Products for veterans and other charities, like IVDD for dogs. A portion of money would go to charity. Products never arrived and when I now type in the web address, it redirects to this site. This site appears to have the same "contact us" which never goes anywhere. And both were out of the same address in Dallas. But it is like within the past few days I can't get to the site to even see the products that were ordered. I have just filed with my credit card company.
Update: Just after writing this review for a company called The Brave who now redirects to Amber and Oaks, I get a message that Amber and Oaks is waiting for a carrier to pick up my package in China?! And this The Brave site was a supposed Dallas site that donated a portion of proceeds to charity - my doubt is growing that this is the case, though I would like to still believe it.

OMG what a bunch of cheap thieves. DOn't buy their products, ever. They came too big (pair of pants), without a button. I asked for a refund, they refused, saying i asked my refund or replacement after 2 weeks. Actually they waited 3 weeks to answer. Then they said i had to place another order, and then they would refund. I decided to accept my loss and told them to go to hell. I actually tried to wear those pants that were too big to have something to wear when i wa taking the garbage out. I used a knive and knitted a button my self. After the fisrt wash they shrinkled to bad that my nephew wouldn't be able to fit in those. The fabric started to fall appart right away. This is the biggest scam you could find. I complained, asked for a refund, they did as if i didn't existed. I left reviews on their website, they of course never pulished them. Run away from those thieves.

Yr company is not worthy of 1 star..Yr just another rip off merchants..cheap materials..I would of got better at the clothes bins 25.00 refund of which cost me 64.00.

Terrible company - I ordered two pairs of chinos which looked pretty nice on the site which described them as tapered fit and stretch fabric. I received the items and the quality was terrible, there were small threads hanging off everywhere because they couldn't be bothered to clean up the end threads, and it did not look anything like the pictures. The S did not even fit me like other chinos do and they were not even tapered as the ankle portion was far too wide. I requested a refund. The customer service representative said since I had opened the parcel that they could not give me a refund. I fought that because how the heck else are you supposed to inspect the quality and fit...then they said they could not accept returns because it had been more than 24 hours since the package was received. I fought that too because every single clothing brand I've ever bought from gives you 14-30 days to return merchandise and it also took them days to even answer my return request to begin with. Then they said they could give me 40% refund and let me keep the items. I fought that too because clearly they were just making stuff up at this point. I was firm and they gave me a return address in Dallas, Texas and said they wouldn't pay the return price and that they could only give me 40% refund if the return was not received within 7 days. I sent it out the same day I got the address and it arrived in 3 days. It has now been over a week since the return arrived and I have not received my refund and customer service is no longer answering my emails. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my refund that way.

In short, this company is a scam, terrible product quality, shipping directly from China, terrible customer service, and pretty sure they were trying to scam me out of my refund. They have unreasonable and unconventional return policies that make it difficult for folks to return the terrible products they sell and they'll keep quoting everything under the sun in the hopes that you'll give up. Fight them about refunds and get your bank or credit card company involved. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to do what they do.

Never buy from them and buy your clothing products elsewhere.

This company is conning people - the items are delivered from China and the quality is terrible. The sizes are massive and did not fit. I bought 3 pairs as on the site they were exactly what I was looking for but when they arrived they were the opposite.

Once the parcel is opened you can no longer return them. How do you try them
on? Then you can have a 40% refund but that still is not enough. After consulting with my bank they did offer me a refund but it has cost me £35 to return and if they arrived within 7 days I would get my money back- they arrived in 5 and now there is no contact anymore! 😫 avoid at all costs!! It has been one week since they received the trousers and still no contact back now. I have now lost the money for the trousers and I am £40 out of pocket for the postage costs to send them back!

What a SCAM!!! I had the same experience as everyone else: very poor quality clothes, poor customer service and when asked for a refund they would not give it to me...even though I sent back the items to a Dallas, Texas address, they said they never received it and because it's now more than 7 days they can't process a full refund and most they can offer is a 40% refund...please do NOT buy from this company. They are not worth it and will steal your money! What an horrible experience and lesson learned.

The items look great on the website but…

It’s cheap rubbish from china that’s only worth a couple of quid if that.

The company make it very difficult for you to return the items too giving you only 24hours to request a return after receiving the item and then only having 7 days in which they have to receive it.

They offered me a 40% refund on the items but I declined because I have no use for them so they gave me a return address in TEXAS! It has cost me £25 to send the items tracked so let’s see if I’m successful in getting a refund.

I’m now out of pocket £105 for 2 pairs of pants worth no more than a couple of quid so it’ll be interesting to see if I get a refund.

I will check trust pilot first before buying off anymore Facebook ads

Items took ages to arrive from China (despite the advert saying it would take 1-3 business days when I placed the order).
Items didn't fit so I tried to return it and they made things very hard. They took a while to reply, but finally tried giving me a discount to prevent a return. Finally they asked me to ship the items to the US return facility at my own cost and when I asked if it needs any specific RMA number, or details the agent said no need for anything.
Despite that, I still returned the items with my order number and a brief note asking for a full refund, and now have not refunded me! They're asking for shipping tracking number. It's amazing and shocking this scam company is allowed to operate. Shame on Instagram as well, they have a huge increase in companies that are faking to be local!

Very disappointed in the customer service and returns policy. Ordered 2 pairs of chino trousers. The quality wasn’t what I was expecting, and the fit was wrong too. I contacted customer service to enquire about a refund. I was told that due to the fact that I hadn’t contacted them within 24hrs and had also opened the package (how else was I able to try them on see the quality?) I would be unable to have a refund. They now want me to return the original order (no issue in this) and then re-order and pay again, and then they will refund my original order. I have no confidence that I will receive any refund, based on my correspondence so far.

This is the only company I have bought from that has this ridiculous policy. I won’t be buying from this company again.

Size, Material, Quality and look all utter rubbish.
When asked for a return they gave me address in Texas, if I didn't send to this address I wasn’t going to get a refund.

Cheap quality, faulty, wrong size and are refusing to refund me. Stay clear.

Same experience as everyone else: quality is truly appalling! Requested refund to initially be offered 40% refund and keep the product.. clearly a scam. When I said they weren’t even worth 60% of what I paid they told me to return them to Dallas Texas… again clearly a scam. Stay clear of this brand.

big scam! Essentially the Temu concept, just operated through IG and for 10 times the price. unbelievable poor quality and bad customer support.

Product ordered looked decent but when arrived chinos were really poor quality and definitely not worth the price. They also didn't even stitch the button hole, so they were unwearable! To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund they first tried to fob me off by offering a 40% discount to keep it. When I refused, they stated that they couldn't give me a return label and that I should arrange the return and pay postage from the UK to some address in Dallas USA! Cannot find anything suggesting this address has anything to do with them and the item came from China anyway. Think they know people won't want to pay expensive international shipping to return. A scam - please avoid! I will try to report this company to trading standards.

SCAM. Wow. What to say and where to start? These are the poorest quality “joggers” I have ever seen. They are AT LEAST two sizes bigger than the medium I ordered. There is a hole in the back. There is a large hole at the pocket. There are two belt loops that aren’t attached. The button hole isn’t even a hole. It’s not been cut open. They aren’t slim size. The material is awful. They are filled with loose threads. The pockets are coming unstitched.

This is an absolute scam. It looks premium but it is the cheapest quality you could ever buy. Keep your hands off!! They pretend to be a premium store but everything comes from china. Worse than wish, temu and alibaba.
