My wig is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. The team was very clear and transparent about what was possible and what wasn’t, as well as about the pricing. Amber Jean is a trustworthy and professional company — honest about their practices, timelines, pricing, and the feasibility of each project (+ they were very clear about how long I can expect my wig to last).
The quality of the wig is outstanding, especially for such a fair price! I bought a long wig in an extremely natural-looking ash blonde — which is rare, as it’s hard to find blonde wigs that actually look realistic, with a natural shade and good hair quality. The wig I received is a perfect match for what my hair used to look like — it’s completely undetectable.
On top of that, the team is incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. Special shoutout to Katie — she’s a wonderful woman and a true professional. The shop itself is also very pleasant and beautifully decorated. You can try on wigs in a private, discreet space, which really makes you feel at ease and in good hands.
I wholeheartedly recommend Amber Jean — it’s hands down the best wig shopping experience I’ve ever had! (and I'm definitely buying a new one in a couple of years) 💕

Super easy and convenient to book a consultation, and then a very supportive and informed session regarding finding the right a solution to a problem that noone likes to deal with - i.e you're losing your hair !

The whole experience was very relaxed and personal. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt safe and secure with Amber’s expertise.

If it was just for the customer experience and warmth I would have given 5 stars. However, the colour of the roots was so wrong. The greys to make it more natural didn’t appear to be visible. They offer all changes to be done but with the chemo regime a return wasn’t possible. For the price, it should be perfect.

I would give 6 stars if I could!

The whole process with Amber Jean has been so wonderful. Trying on the wigs was such a fun, safe and supportive experience. The team gave me so much time and compassion and made me excited about the thought of what hair I could have, rather than the hair I didn't have. My beautiful wig just arrived today and she is the most comfortable, soft and beautiful piece. The AJ range of products is also so beautifully packaged and it felt so lovely to have nice hair things again.
