SCAMMERS!!!!!! Was told before I paid that they could do everything I envisioned for my website and I even sent them examples of everything I was speaking of and it would only take 2 weeks and now all of a sudden they contact me stating they can’t do what I want and I asked for a refund and now they won’t refund me or answer their phones

These people are scammers just like my last website designers/hosting team Oliver, Mark, and Conner at indigo web design studios. Stay away from them too. Jayson, a salesman at amazon web studios provided a specification of services that I would receive for a price. I paid it and then once my site was up I began getting calls. I paid the additional fees a couple of times. But the last request for more money sparked my interest because script code was displaying like a header on each page. I was told my security license had expired. I paid a couple of grand for a two-year license a couple of months ago. Then it dawned on me that I should have seen an error message that my certificate/license expired or be notified that I had to renew.

Well, I Zelled them the money so there was nothing I could do. So I decided to make time and go over my service agreement. I asked for my CMS interface and banners as per the contract. Brad told me I had to buy a CMS plan, I replied no money. Then Brad forwarded me an email from the DOJ disability division saying my site was out of compliance. Upon research, I learned 1) the DOJ changed its position on ADA web compliance to guidance only for WC3 standards, so I was not going to pay for something I did not need right away. 2) Brad then changed my home page to suspended without telling me.

When I found my site down, I used their live chat service cause no one would answer the phone. Both George Morris, customer service and Daniel Parker, IT technical lead stated the suspended error message on page one was due to my CMS certificate becoming expired and I needed to buy a plan. Once again no expired certificate message and my website was inaccessible. Also, Brad had just told me I didn't have a CMS interface. I was told to pay $4000 for CMS and $1500 for ADA. Of course, I asked for my source code but Brad (aka a**hole) said I need to pay up to bring the site live. When I asked him to use a backup he replied there were no backups which I know is not true. I was stunned. I don't think they would give me my source code anyway.

This is my second try at trying to find a reputable web hosting site. If you want to know more, please feel free to reach out to me. I can only tell you what they did to me. The bogus letter from the Department of Justice for ADA notice of noncompliance was the last straw. Hopefully, I can get the post office involved cause it's so hard to go after scammers because they use virtual office addresses. USPO fraud might be easier. This time I have a Taxpayer Id but it's probably fake too.

As a novice, I should have just found a local vendor but the price was right and Jason was easy to work him. Ironically, I am a non-profit that assists individuals with developmental disabilities obtain their employment goals. My site was just a picture gallery and information on the Supported Employment program. How do I explain to my recruits they can no longer show off their achievements because I was working with web design scammers? I will have to build out my information on Facebook. Be safe and Be aware.

On July 26, 2023, I read a text from Brad offering me a two-year reprieve from being shut down again if I paid the ransom fees. He managed to send me a contract under his signature. I replied with an emoji of Pininco. I also reread the notice of violation letter sent by Zubair Ahmed from corecutsolutions.com. I forwarded the email to their company's email address explaining what happened as a result of Zubair participating in this fraudulent email. Hopefully, someone will respond. I am not a public person, but I am thinking about contacting the media because bad website designer/hosting solution companies should be stopped.

July 27, 2023 Brad texted me stating that he was going to tell his team to discard my project. I had to reply. My response, my site was live and not in project status. If I was in project status honor your warranty and give me my money back especially since I recently purchased a two-year security license and 3-year hosting agreement. My bad, I should have seen the signs. Amazon Web Studios may be also known as creative designs (this is where they had me Zelle the last payment) or Corecutsolutions (sent me a fraudulent email). Never, Never Zelle funds cause the hoax becomes never-ending.

Please wish me luck in my quest to get justice through the United States Post Office.

As of tonight 5/12/2023, they have shut their website down. I'm sure they will rebrand.

Scammers. We were quoted a price for a web site, and everything seemed fine initially. John Freeman was in frequent contact, and admittedly things were dragging because we were slow to get them content. Once we had a solid plan and direction for the site, they wanted the rest of the payment to continue.
We paid the balance, and it was then brought to our attention that they can't possibly use our host, and that their website was made in such a way that only SOME hosts could accept it. Luckily, they have hosting options, which we agreed to reluctantly. That was the first increase, Website + host.
Now that John had his money, he was gone. Almost impossible to reach, not answering texts. When he finally came back after a month or so, there was a new issue; his legal team had informed them that he can't build our web site at all. His claim was that we needed to trademark our name because a company in Quebec was trying to trademark our exact business name at that very minute and we needed to respond within 24-48 hours to beat them to it or we could not legally use the business name which has been registered since the 80's. That was it, we told him he was just scamming us, cancel the agreement and return the money.
No progress was made on the site from the time we paid in full.
No money was returned. He only accepts wire transfers so there is no retrieving it.
$5,500 stolen.

Scammers! I purchased a website package from them and all along the way I got hit with upgrade charges that are "necessary." Final straw was after a few months they sent me an email saying the ADA has sent them warning that all websites they create need to be ADA compliant and they can offer that to me for the discounted price of $1500. I explained to them that my website is informational and we do not have a brick and mortal location, we don't handle any sales nor do we have employees so we are exempt from ADA compliance under title I definition of a business under ADA compliance. They have shut down my website now and will not reactivate it unless I pay $1500. Isn't this a form of blackmail? Horrible company, I will be moving my services elsewhere.

I have since paid $6,455.00.

APP - $3200.00 (another $1500 is due upon completion)
Copyright - $1899.00
Social Media - $1356.00

So far: No App, No Copyright and No information on Social Media content.

Despite many calls, Texts and E-mails to the Amazon Web Studios, since December, 2022, there has been no response to my Project. I have asked to speak to the owner of this company and was told that Samuel is the owner. Samuel has not responded.
(Prior to December, I was told that staff had Covid and they were short staffed. I said, no problem. Health is #1)
Samuel has told the staff that if they respond to me, they will be fired. One staff reported back to me on a private call, telling me this.

Samuel has also questioned my age. When he found out I am in my 50's, he said, "I am impressed. You sound so young. Where did you come up with your unique idea for an App like this?" Samuel also, yelled at me at the end of that conversation.

I am in touch with NY State Attorney General's office in regards to this matter.

NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Scammers. Did not do the work hired to do. Forced me into hiring additional resources internally vs hiring my own team. Never again. Names are also fake. Stay away.

The job was very bad. John Freeman told us it's was certain amount for the whole process. After giving up on trying to get the logo the way we wanted, he delivered it. Then he said that we had to pay to get the logo inscribe so it wouldn't be use by others. We paid after several months waiting for the paper work, he told us that the second payment was only to have a case number and that if we wanted the logo to be inscribe we would have to paid a certain amount depending on the time we wanted to use the logo (from several years to lifetime) we left him waiting for a response. The company also went by the name Logo Design Center.

I believe these people are the only ones writing their reviews. They were hired to rebrand a mobile application and website for me and after my last payment the project manager (John freeman) disconnected his phone and took off with almost $4000 of my hard earned money.

Amazonwebstudios is very helpful and easy. Nick helped me with every step all the way through the process. It was a great experience and would recommend to anyone needing to create a website!

John has been a great to work with . He is very responsive and cooperative and professional . I highly recommend him for any of your projects ..
