Growing increasingly frustrated with the site. Originally won £500 but needed to provide ID etc, this didn’t match so had to be looked into. In the mean time I’ve won a few more times and always been able to withdraw and receive my money within an hour. It's really a crappy site it doesn't round that well and the games aren't very good. They give you bonus money and you can only play certain games that are crappy at best. You're better off to stick with yukon gold or luxury casino they have better games and less BS.

I was so worried reading the reviews. I won a 4 figure amount and went to withdraw it and it was declined. Once I uploaded my ID and shared some card details, my money was transferred within an hour. Excellent service from Rowan. Great work

I had problems the other day and a lady on the phone was so helpful

Please do not even think about playing on this site. First time. Second time small amounts won got paid out. Then I won £600 odd. The rigmarole to withdraw was unbelievable. I was fobbed off for about weeks weeks by customer service( when you keep asking for assistance 7 xs or more the bot drops you through to a human) anyway I was then told I needed to spend a £250.00 wagering to release my winnings. This i did out of frustration to get some money paid out so I did my bets at £5 and I won which took the winnings to £940.00. I tried for over 2 weeks to withdrawer and once again it kept bouncing back to deposits. This is a company that makes it so hard to release your money. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM....STAY WELL AWAY.
My winnings kept getting returned to my deposits. I was told it was my bank not accepting payout. Bull I contacted them it hadn't even been sent, then I was told they no longer accept Mastercard as payout. Again bull!!
In the end I sent an email telling them I was reporting to the uk gambling commission and the ADR the ADR take withholding of winnings seriously. So please get in touch with these. Make sure you take pics of conversations and screen shots of emails and your winnings.
I told them in the email that I was prepared to solve the situation by bank transfer or by PayPal before I got in touch with the UKGC or ADR miraculously a bank transfer button appeared on my withdrawal page after being told numerous times we dont do bank transfers or PayPal to payout. Anyway after another 5 days wait I finally got paid out although I had to split the £940 into 3 withdrawals and they then took about £40 off.
Complete con of a company!! Ive since closed my account and will never do this again.

Really bad - I think quite honestly a scam! My partner downloaded it and tried it, APP crashed and she lost all the money. Tried to contact them, they just ignore you!! I also have the App, cant get into the App to receive my money nor can I get on line and log in, just keeps giving me an error. Thank fully I don't have a lot in there, but not the point - I want it back!! Avoid at all costs!
