Amazon put my reviews in Customer Jail

I have been an Amazon customer and Prime menber over 10 years. Up until about 3 years ago I repeatedly got requests to review products that I had purchased. I always submitted truthful and well worded and thought out reviews which triggered Amazon requesting that I submit more on more products. Then one day about 3 or 4 years ago I was blocked out of the review process because because of "unusual activity on this email." But no matter how hard I tried I could never get information what "unusual activity" there was. ALL of my reviews were deleted from Amazon and I can no longer answer questions about items that I purchased. Interestingly Amazon still sends me surveys for products purchased but does not allow me to answer. No matter how hard I have tried I still have no idea what Amazon considers to be "unusual activity" or exactly why I am not allowed to comment on products.

Trustworthiness of Amazon's reviews for the products they sell.

This my overall concern is that can Amazon be trusted to give real reviews from real customers that have bought a product. For instance they give an endorsement on Olavita Serum claiming it to be their choice when clearly trust pilot has only extremely horrible reviews and The only thing positive isit positively points to a SCAM. which everybody should be aware of Amazon's untrust ability.
