Deliveries not made

Deliveries not made, simple instructions not followed and promises made and immediately broken when raising issues with Amazon. Terrible service and Prime is an absolute myth, given that they inflate the delivery costs in the first place to justify the 'savings' made. Review dated for today but this is an ongoing issue.

I ordered a handicap walker

I ordered a handicap walker. Did not recieve it. On line they admitted a mistake. I called customer 2x and got the runaround. Then wanted a picture of the front door and mailroom which i cannot get to. Hung up on me twice. This is the second time it has happened in the past 6 months. My next stop will be the government. They must be making a fortune on goods ordered and paid for but not fulfilled.

Amazon takes advantage of its patroma

Been with Amazon since the beginning. The convenience of shopping across a broad spectrum of products and entertainment is one of a kind. Unfortunately the supporting services, products and programing have deteriorated. One in five of my shipments are delayed by a week or more, one in ten were items obviously were returned (no packaging, missing pieces, dirty, or broken). The AI customer support is frustrating and it takes, forever yomchat with a person. For,me the drive to the nearest return location is costly, difficult and annoying especially when it was for an item that was not in useable comdotion before Amazon shipped it. The included movie, selections are, terrible and everything else requires an additional charge. Of course the ads are necessary because needs more money. I understand that this a for profit business but with no competition there is no incentive to,provide value. And so it goes.

the order that says will be delivered 5/08 is lost and now says we will get it 5/11 trrough 5/13..............................THEY HAVE A DELIVERY PROBLEM,,,,,,,,,,,,,,now it's 5/13 and its been sent back to sender (why pay for PRIME)?????

Horrible

Horrible! I paid $15 prime for $5 item because i couldn’t find anywhere! And it was for a performance & came one day later! & they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake! No refund, nothing! Shame on them! I chat with supervisor & his header & no responsibility! Lier! Not on time at all!

I placed an order for cosmetic bags…

I placed an order for cosmetic bags that were to arrive on the 4th of May, 2026. I called and was told it was on back order and should arrive in 2-3 business days. These items were to be put in gift bags for Mother’s Day for my church on May 10th. As of Saturday May 9th, I have not received my items. I am so DISAPPOINTED with AMAZON PRIME.

It is TRASH.

It is TRASH.

I signed up, using my phone number, it did not ask for my email. Then i verify with the code send to my phone and get into the account. Now i have to put in my credit card and so fare so good.

Then i click on the 7-day free trial and it wants me to confirm my card a second time. I do that and it sends me back to the home page, so i think all is good, but no. I choose a movie and it tells me to confirm my credit card a third time and click the 7-day free trial.

After confirming my card 3 times and not being able to see a movie i look at the account information. I see my cars is still not verified after 3 times, so i put in the information a forth time. Now it looks like my information is there on the account, but the 7 day free trial still don't work and it wants me to confirm my credit card a 5th time.

After trying to confirm my credit card 6 time i try a reset, like you would a computer not working. So i log out and try logging in with my phone number. Now it gives me an error message when i log in. It says: They are trying to verify my payment method, i should try again later, and I should check my email. But i have not entered an email because it didn't tell me to.

I have waited 3 hours or so and it will still not let me log in, but they have my credit card information.

And the worst part is that i can't even get help from their support, because you have to log in to get help.

It's just TRASH

Misleading

We have very few complaints about prime delivery.. But promoting prime tv as free with membership is total BS. and false advertising. Every time a major sporting event is only available on prime I cant watch it. Fire tablet, fire tv and a smart tv with Prime app. All are pay to view.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE BY AMAZON PRIME

Placed an order for a Kindle case - delivery was promised between 5 and 10 pm on day of order, 6 May. Received a notification to say that our order was out for delivery. No attempt made, and just after 10 pm I checked the tracking and it now said that delivery would be made by 11th May! How can a parcel be out for delivery one minute and then not be delivered for another 5 days!

Then on the 7th May I received an email to say that an attempt to deliver had been made at 7.18 pm - we were in the house and there was definitely no attempt to deliver made.

Amazon have almost made it impossible for their customers not to pay for Prime services, but in doing that they now seem unable to deliver on their promises of a speedy delivery.

Disappointing Delivery Times

I have always enjoyed the benefits of Prime until this past year. Lately more and more items that are supposed to be next day delivery are now being delayed.
I feel if I am paying for the privilege of receiving my items sooner at no extra cost I should get them on time. I do understand that some delays are legitimate but as I stated this is happening more and more often.
My latest delay occurred Sunday, it was stated as "your delivery is taking longer than estimated". Today, Tuesday they will not let me cancel the order yet there is no updates regarding a new shipping time.
I am really disappointed in my so-called shipping/delivery benefits. :(

Wanted to try a subscription

Wanted to try a subscription. Paying for it was easy. After I was a paid subscriber I couldn't log on anymore. Password retrieval attempts didn't work. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with customer support trying to get my account back. In the end their solution was to call again tomorrow. I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately. 1 hour of my time I will never get back.

I’m sick and tired of late deliveries at special moments

I’m sick and tired of promised deliveries for special occasions and prime fails I ordered so many items in a time frame where it should’ve arrived on time and didn’t in turn it spoiled my day, I ordered an item for my wife’s birthday that was supposed to arrive on 05/03/2026 but because of prime it didn’t show and it ruined the moment it’s supposed to come today which is a day late, I’m upset because they charged your account faithfully for this subscription they’re never late taking your money but somehow we are to accept mediocre service, I’m frustrated and very disappointed do better because this is ridiculous

Amazon is not what it use to be😡

This company started out giving orders on time. Now 2/3rds of my orders are late. I don't get things when I need them. I buy according to the days I'll receive them. I use to love Amazon, now no so much anymore. They are ruining my plans. My experience has been since 2024-5/2025.
