Late dispatch
Prime is now dispatching late on almost every order so you can't complain about late delivery. The last 6 months have been the worst from Amazon.
Cost outweigh benefit
Amazon's cost for prime membership has gotten out of hand. They say it's because of higher operational cost yet the CEO is making $40 million a year, the benefit of having things delivered within one day is gone, even with prime, sometimes it takes 2 to 3 days, so we pay more for less. A lot of the movies that are on prime. You can't watch unless you rent them. Prom's not worth it anymore.

You pay for prime Service (Next day 4a.m. - 8 a.m.-Its 05:50 p.m. Next day...Still no package), you get late packages, packages thrown anywhere in the yard, AND No way to contact anyone about your package arrival.
Absolute joke
Having paid for Amazon prime for many years their promise of next day delivery is a joke, it's not worth the extra subscription.
Drivers feel they can deliver whenever they like and when you complain to Amazon they do nothing about it.
Steer well clear, this is not the first, second or third time for us, our prime membership will end

Charges a premium for poor service!
Amazon prime charges you an annual fee for “free shipping” BUT they don’t tell you their estimated delivery dates are a pathetic insult!
Almost anything I’ve found on Prime I have found cheaper on eBay or other sites WITH free shipping and returns, but MOST importantly the parcels arrive when they say they will, sometimes even earlier! Prime can be a week past the promised delivery date and they expect you to be happy you’ve PAID for lousy service!

Amazon prime is garbage . U pay a monthly service to have things delivered quickly and on time. But yet their never quick or on time. Not too much the chat leaders are the absolute worst . They talk all nice and offer discounts for things being late but tell u to wait til item arrives and come back to chat for a 10.00 credit or a 50% refund for being late . And u wait for delivered late package , go to live chat to do what they say to be told sorry last agent lied we can't help ots late sorry for inconvenience of it being delivered late , yet again. And the agents lied can't give u a credit or partial refund. And when u call them out on their lies and u have screen shots they end conversation and leave chat . This place is a joke . Multi billion company stealing from all of us . With monthly service fees of quick shipping and ship late every damn time.

As well as offering 'AD FREE' viewing for another £2.99/month extra ?? That makes £11.98/month total, for what ?? Over 50% of the films are free on other streaming services. Who spends £8.99/month on books ?? EXPENSIVE SERVICE ALL ROUND.

No customer service
I spent 3 hour with customer service past on to more than 5 people regarding being unable to order and item that was age restricted. I was told that my detail on my card were not the same as my Amazon account changed did not work blocked me did not work for my mother how detail were correct. I contacted they regarding this to be told to do this again after 20 time in two days told they there was a problem with systems. I was really fed up today and demanded that this be escalated to a complaint as 2 1/2 hours of explaining myself was unacceptable. Eventually after speaking to the last person they did say there was a problem with their system, but I’d have to wait over 24 hours which was this wasn’t good as Christmas Day was on the 25th and today is the 23rd. I was sent an email from my complaints to be told again the same bill as last time that they read from the book, I have cancelled all Amazon Prime subscription of goods I will be returning all Amazon items that’s are returnable I was offered £10 voucher which I will not need so I didn’t take it up as I will never be buying from Amazon again. I also will not be renewing my prime membership in August.

Disgusting, yet again
Yet again, an Amazon driver is late and throws a package onto a doorstep at night, without alerting the recipient. Therefore, yet again, the package is stolen. However, as this is not the first time I have been forced to request a refund, they are refusing to grant one. They say my account shows too many refunds.
I have instructed Amazon to tell their drivers to improve their inept service on numerous occasions but still, parcels are left in a public access areas or dumped outside for any passer by to take. On this occasion, though, the package wasn't addressed to me, it was a Christmas present for my disabled younger brother. He lives on the other side of the country and, since we lost our parents, he is my only remaining family member who, sadly, I rarely get to see. I am extremely angry and he is very upset.
I will not accept their decision to refuse a refund and, after Christmas, I will be seeking legal representation. The value of the items is not the issue. The issue is their poor service and lack of consideration for a long time Amazon Prime member.
I was planning on making a substantial order before the New Year but that will definately not be happening now. Neither will the numerous orders family members were considering.
