I wish there was a zero option for this review. Worst experience ever for delivery, or rather non-delivery and then eventually delivery over TWO miles away!! I discovered by pure luck who had my package which I am collecting tomorrow.
Please eBay DON’T use this company for your deliveries. The drivers are the total pits! Lazy, stupid and downright dishonest and disrespectful. The worst part is that we, the consumers, don’t get to choose who you, eBay, use and we are the ones who suffer.

Place an order in a different site but they use amazon logistics. My experience was the worst till date. First time they returned the order saying could not deliver even after repeated attempts tracking number 347500470606. Fact is they never tried to deliver ever. Fake updates. When I reordered the product faced same issue tracking number 347764991107. Request all ecommerce sites please do not use their service. Customer service is also useless as you receive only empty promises or incorrect information. Again request all ecommerce sites please boycott their services as you will face loss if you send anything through this service provider. Order a package a month ago and it was on schedule to be delivered but it got delayed then they said it was lost in transit. Got a 15.00 dollar credit for the "inconvenience". Ok I recently ordered a package and first they said it would be delivered Sunday around 10pm got an update saying it was "delayed" in transit and that it would be delivered today at 10pm. They gave me a tracking number and when you put it in on Amazon it says there's no info of that tracking number. Chatted with customer service numerous of times and they are completely no help. They keep saying rest assure....your package will be delivered. What I think is their delivery drivers steal customers packages and Amazon lets it happen cause obviously they don't care.

I ordered a parcel from tiktok. I had emailed saying it was getting delivered through Amazonlogistics. When I went into to check on my delivered. It had my old Amazon account details, which I no longer use, and that Amazon account is closed now. Also when the parcel was delivered it was but next to my bin. I was in no one knock on my door. Don't they bother knocking on doors now.

HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE ONCE A MONTH IN REGARDS TO MY SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE ORDERS. -specifically advising not to pack the boxes 80 pounds I have a spinal injury from two motor vehicle accidents as I was hit by two cars. I cannot lift anything they continue to pack the boxes to the point where there are holes the size of somebody's heads.
-I ASKED DO NOT MIX CONSUMABLES WITH LAUNDRY PRODUCTS EACH AND EVERY MONTH MY LAUNDRY DETERGENT FABRIC SOFTENERS BLEACHERS ARE MIXED WITH SOFT PACKAGED UNCLE BEN'S MICROWAVED RICE SO EVERYTHING SMELLS LIKE PERFUME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ARE THROWN OUT. I HAVE TO PAY LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY FOR INSTACART SHOPPERS COSTCO SHOPPERS UBER EATS SHOPPERS TO BRING IN MY GROCERIES SO I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY PER ITEM MORE MONEY TO TIP THESE PEOPLE OUT BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT GETTING PAID FOR THEIR GAS OR THEIR TIME OR THEIR DISTANCE. I STARTED TO RECEIVE EXTRA ITEMS IN MY PARCELS, NOT ONLY WERE MY BOXES THROWN TOGETHER AND CONSUMABLES MIXED WITH CHEMICALS, WHICH IS AGAINST HEALTH AND SAFETY STANDARDS, AND NOT ONLY WHERE THEY OVERPACKED, WHICH DID NOT MAKE ANY SENSE FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAD TO ACTUALLY CARRY THE ITEM which should've been packed in multiple boxes, but they were beginning to throw in things like Glade plug-ins were oils were spilling all over.
And then I started to receive METAL SCREWS LARGE METAL SCREWS AT THE BOTTOM OF MY BOX WHICH WERE DISCOVERED BY MY SON AND THANK GOODNESS THEY WERE BECAUSE I'M ON BLOOD THINNERS, AND THESE WERE SHELVING SCREWS FROM AN INDUSTRIAL SHELF, AND I NOTICED FROM MANY OF MY WAREHOUSES NOW WHERE THEY THROWN IN THEIR INTENTIONALLY, WHO KNOWS THE ORDERS WERE NOT DOUBLE CHECKED EVERY MONTH I SENT PICTURES IN AND I HAVE COPIES OF EVERYTHING. NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN DONE. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL IN AN APOLOGY. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP CALL AND AS A RETIRED EXECUTIVE IT'S DEPLORABLE. THE STANDARDS ARE DEPLORABLE. I DON'T KNOW WHO OVERSEAS THE WAREHOUSE, but it is disastrous to say the least there was care when it first began now it's just a complete FREE-FOR-ALL!!!!!!!
I agree with the previous woman that lack the comment it becomes beyond frustrating. Customer Service is simply there to manage the customer complaints. They have absolutely no power the complaints go nowhere there is no process.!!!!!
Customers are led to believe that their opinions and their complaints matter and they will be resolved. I can tell you they don't and they never do.
Over eight years the same issues have been happening over and over and over again.

The corruptions that have taken place through my Apple wallet because of my carrier have affected seven credit cards business accounts personal accounts and this credit card that deals only with Amazon has been the worst WITH SERVICE. IN EVERY ASPECT. AND EVRY SENSE OF THE WORD.
Wrongly set geolocation pins cause havoc
Recently it seems that some Amazon geolocation tags have moved and now wrongly placed for our area. Amazon drivers repeatedly try to deliver items to our house that are not for us. I explain to them the houses they are for are located a hundred yards down the next road. I give the drivers precise directions to the correct house. I then post on local social media to tell the person that Amazon have tried to deliver their parcel to me. Only to find out that in spite of my very clear directions the driver just marks their parcel as undeliverable and doesn’t deliver it. So the person doesn’t get it. I am not a drop site for other properties!!! I am not accepting parcels that are not mine nor am I an end of line local delivery service! Some drivers stand and argue they have to leave the parcel with me because that is where the pin on their map says the other house is! What makes it a lot worse is there is no easy way of going on Amazon to contact them to tell them all this is happening. Two stars as they do find our house no problem. Update….Oh Joy…. They have just dumped the parcel I rejected yesterday outside our gate and driven off quickly before I could stop them. Getting seriously fed up now!

They continue to deliver products days later than I’ve ordered them. I pay for Prime for a reason and a product that should come next day comes three days later. Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club and the grocery store is turning into the best option. I’ve talked to Amazon Customer Service and get a lousy $5 credit. Saw the location of my package and the van was at the bottom of my road and then got an email saying delivery attempted, we will try again. My house is a very short walk from the bottom of the road if he couldnt get up. Very poor. Even the posties walked up in the middle of the day in shorts!
