Poor experience with Amzon Sweden

Poor experience with Amzon Sweden. Poor communication and their delivery courier called airmen is horrible!! First I was told there would be delay then cancelled delivery! If you can't delivery in a timely manner say so. Don't give false promises. Called customer service, a rude guy refused to cancel my order or escalate the call to supervisor. Asked me to call back again tomorrow. Never again with Amazon Sweden!!

Prime is great

In short, I enjoy the prime streaming service, and I really like the prime free delivery service.
The service is worth every penny as long as the streaming service keeps delivering new and fresh content, which it is currently.
And, contrary to my DHL & UPS mishaps, prime hasn't missed any deliveries yet. Two thumbs up.

My complaint :
Hello, I placed an order for three items related to the present with the Prime offer. All three items available with next day delivery date therefore today 21.02.23. I trace the order and see the delivery date on Friday 24.02.23. I contact the customer service by phone and I receive non-compliant answers "Did you choose off Prime? (I'm a Prime customer therefore I don't have to choose anything; I made the order precisely because it's Prime) - the delivery comes from different suppliers etc etc. I do not consider this is a correct relationship between supplier and customer; every time I find this scam in part for not respecting the established commercial relationship that I have signed with the Prime membership for which I pay regularly. Delivery for the day following the order as far as I am concerned is not since it is a life-saving medicine it is not of vital importance, while I consider it a rude behavior between the parties of which I do not agree and I consider Amazon's behavior towards the Customer to be disrespectful. I certainly take measures considering that this behavior has now almost become a standard method for me I await your kind reply and taking charge of the complaint. Kind regards

I consider such AMAZON behavior incorrect and disrespectful towards the customer. I accepted and subscribed to Prime Customer with clear conditions 1 day delivery without costs and now I find a unilateral variation that is also NOT clear and ambiguous on each order. I certainly cannot declare myself satisfied with the answer, but above all with the relationship between the AMAZON supplier and the customer. I will definitely take action

Prime is not worth the money

Counting that in Sweden I pay over 10€ more per year than in Italy I expect a better service. And more services (you know what I mean).
This is not happening.
The product availability is mostly based on Chinese overpriced products, search function most of the times doesn’t give the result I’m looking for.
Scam seller keep on populating the market (no control algorithm that works apparently).
I just made a price comparison about the items I order the most and it’s the same ordering somewhere else.
Some items have been unavailable since last august while other stores have them.
There is no preorder function.
After three years you’re opened on the Swedish market I expected improvements, not a regression.
Last but not least, the delivery service provided is getting highly disappointing and they don’t want to take responsibility for chronic carrier late deliveries. Complaints didn’t fix anything.
If their policy states that a delivery has to be made by 20:00 I can’t keep on closing one eye receiving my orders around 22:00 or later with carriers calling me because they don’t know how a port telefon works or they don’t find me.
Got told to stick to post ombud to avoid my problems. Not a customer service reply that should be given if you want to keep a customer.
Far to be the service it should be.
I’ll cancel my Prime subscription and go back ordering from Germany as I did before they opened here.
Ps: I use Amazon since the early 2000, ordered from 3 continents, I’m not new to their system.

Twice nothing came

Two out of five times I ordered, didn't recieve anything. First time I gave it another couple of weeks, the benefit of the doubt, but that was a big mistake, after that I wasn't eligable for a refund anymore. The second time I put an alarm in on my phone to remember to demand a refund of the good didn't show up, which they didn't, so this time I got a refund. Never been to an online store that you wait for a month or two and need to keep track if your stuff ever comes.

Buying books

I ordered a book on the first of February, 3 days later the book was in my hands, new and fine. I ordered this philatelic book due to a good review and I am glad that I did it. It was nice to have the possibility to pick up my book in a place close to my house as I do not like "home delivery". Keep up the good work, amazon!

Amazon does not allowing the negative review for the item! and they don't give refund as they promise, the just want you to wait long time to get your item!

They are saying if you didn't get the item on time you can get full refund! but this is not true, if you contact the seller he will ask you to wait more time and more time!.

Does NOT live up to expectations.

I ordered several gifts for the family in Sweden. Several were never delivered and it is difficult to get my refund.
The site can be very confusing when you try to review orders.
A few delivery agents that Amazon.se used on my orders demanded a VAT ransom payment before delivery. These were gifts ordered from sellers outside Sweden.
The buyer should beware about any seller but Amazon, cause they wash their hands for delivery responsibility.
The Swedish version of Amazon is severely lacking when compared to separate Amazon.com.
I'll probably end up going through all my invoices to determine which charges to dispute.
Unhappy shopper here.

Terrible customer service, especially over the phone.

I bought a product and at first it told me that I would receive it in a week when processing the order but I received an email saying that it would be two weeks to be delivered. I have waited two weeks and they did not deign to notice that it would take longer than expected.

I have contacted Amazon customer service and it is a terrible service (phone and chat) and they still ask me if I can wait 5 more days from the deadline and if not, I could reject the late delivery (when I bought it because I need it)

They told me that it's the delivery company's fault but not theirs (the question is, who hired the delivery company? It wasn't me because Amazon chooses who to send with)

The magnificent solution that they gave me is that they could refund me but I had to return the product when I received it (product that I had not received and I bought it because I need it)

In the end they gave me 50kr!! for a next purchase , after they had me both in calls and in chats for 2 hours. I don't think I'll buy again.
BTW the agent over the phone said that they would give me 20% on my next purchase...

Amazon sends broken products and asks then back

I bought a wall clock and due to bad packaging, it arrive with the front glass broken. I order a replacement, and the it came broken again. Now, I am forced to make two packages and drive to DHL because Amazon does not trust my word or pictures.

See, the reason I chose Amazon was to avoid wasting time and gas. Now I will still spend time and gas, deal with two packages instead of one, and still have no product.

Besides, more gas and limited resources will be spent sending two packages with broken merchandise abroad.

Awful company

Another US company that just gets worse and worse. New updates of their app always make it harder to find what you are looking for, so that they can sell ads on their own shopping site. Awful company. Once they cared about their customers but no more.
