Unbelievable
Unbelievable. Refund not sent after 2 weeks, so i contact customer service, who i am speaking to in english with no problem, but they tell me they cannot help because i am speaking english. Absolutely incredible. I had to screen print the conversation in case i was imagining it.
Amazon PL is incredibly bad, whoever runs it should be fired immediately for being a moron.
