Packaging !

Most of the times the package is received ok.
As long as there are no hard cover comics in the envelope it will be okay. But if the order is a comic/book that is a hardcover than there is almost certainly damage. Also it is not always mentioned from where the comic is coming (avoid UK and France for HC comics).
The site and most of the time the prices are good.
Also the refunding is correct.

Bezos must have a new yacht to pay for because they are now resorting to fraud to avoid refunding people’s money on an order CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. Been trying to get my €190 refund for 3 weeks now, they keep saying it’s been issued but bank confirmed it hasn't and they just keep giving me the run around. Customer service has drastically tanked, it’s not even worth shopping at Amazon since that was the biggest thing they had going for them

Minus One- total scam

Minus One. After more then 3 months I still dit not receive my parcel. I contacted at least 10 times the customer service. Where each time they assured me the problem would be solved and i ll receive my parcel asap. The customer service is a scam. After 10 times contacting the cs nothing changed I am still waiting to receive my parcel. They just treat you as a fool and think that they are above the law. So one good advice don't order from them.

Terrible shopping experience

Terrible shopping experience, no transparency with delivery times, today a driver called to tell me he is here, I told him I am coming down to get the package, no one was there.

He marked my package as delivered to recipient and didn’t pick up my calls. I chatted with Amazon and got a refund, but I am extremely disappointed since I needed the product, but now I don’t want to order there anymore.

Poor customer service and lies

An appalling level of service from Amazon was lied to by their customer service in an email. Delivery estimate
that was a total joke. Trying to deal customer services is like banging your head against the wall.

Unfair business practice.

I ordered an item of around 200 €. It was quickly clear that there was a problem: parcel lost? stolen? Anyway, it never arrived. They asked me to wait and wait, but did no effort to look what happened. I was forced to wait 2 weeks before I was allowed to cancel the order and then they told me i have to wait another 10 days to get a refund processed. This is not fair business practice.
In general, things work out ok with amazon, but be aware that when it goes wrong, they take no reponsibility.

The delivery system is terrible

The delivery system is terrible. The delivery company leaves the items without permission, and even though they are stolen, they don't handle complaints well.
If you continue to complain they will try to delete your account.
I don't recommend using Amazon in Belgium, the German Amazon is more reliable.

ORDER # 402-4292670-4248349 I ordered a tool , the driver took it to the opposite of the street, unable to read numbers or he doesn’t care. People told him that he was wrong ,then he saw me, brought it to me! This is now the third time, called. Us timer service, three times , nobody cares and nobody will do something about it! For me Amazon end here !

I cannot believe this!

Suddenly they blocked my account for "Terms of Use and General Terms of Sale". (Whatever that means, I still don't know) I emailed them back and forth asking why and what the reason was, they never gave me a real answer just that I violated the rules.
So now i cannot make an account anymore.
I will never buy from this company again.

Purchased an item that I was going to…

Purchased an item that I was going to buy on Amazon Germany but due faster shipping I chose belgium. Next day I see that the item on Germany is much cheaper went from 229 to 194. I contacted support to see if they could price match me. They denied my request they didn't even give me a partial refund or a giftcard. Their solution was to deny delivery at the door get a refund and reorder it. Thanks for being so helpful on primeday

Amazon is not a reliable company and…

Amazon is not a reliable company and they don't work with reliable sellers .... When you order, they make you believe you can sent the merchandise back for free and get a refund, but this just isn't correct. Two months ago I sent a couple of shoes back (on my own expense, couldn't do it otherwise). I had a confirmation that the shoes had arrived. Till now, no refund, despite my mails. Idem for a product I received from another shop in France ... it was not the one I ordered, they didn't even want to take it back. Never again, buying at Amazon is just like playing the lotery and hoping you are lucky. I know how B*zos finances his marriage in Venice. It's not by doing honest bussiness !

Good prices and many options

Good prices and many options. And their customer service is the best, very quick and helpful, because of this I only order from Amazon because I know if something goes wrong, their support is good.

So now the delivery-guy no longer rings…

So now the delivery-guy no longer rings the DOORBELL but instead calls you on your phone to tell you he's at your door? I have a strict spamfilter on my phone so calls from numbers that are not in my contacts are automatically blocked. If Amazon had given any info about this way of delivery, I could've turned that option of. Now I don't even know what will happen to my order...

I am beyond disappointed with Amazon’s service — this has been an absolute nightmare. My friend and I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max last week for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the experience has been nothing short of terrible.

First of all, there’s no proper estimation for delivery time. You’re just expected to wait around all day with no idea when the item will arrive — incredibly inconvenient and frustrating.

But that’s not even the worst part. The first time we ordered, we waited at home all day and no one ever showed up. No one rang the bell, no one knocked. Then Amazon had the audacity to claim they had delivered the package by putting a 20x20 cm box into a letter mailbox meant only for paper. It’s physically impossible for any box of that size to fit in there! This was a complete lie.

After that, they refunded us, and we decided to give them another chance by placing a new order with express delivery for today. Guess what? We waited at home all day again — and nothing. Now they’re claiming they delivered it to the residence. Which residence? Certainly not ours! My neighbor was also waiting for a delivery today, and nothing arrived for him either.

This is completely unacceptable. I am not just disappointed — I am furious. How can Amazon claim to deliver an iPhone without requiring a signature or ID check? This is a high-value item — their handling of this situation is incredibly irresponsible.

I WANT MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY. Fix this NOW!

Perfect service

I have reviewed Amazon.de in the past and saw their service declining. Since Amazon has a Belgian website, I decided to try them out.

My experiences are very positive: last year some packages came through Colis Prive, but now they seem to use their own delivery services. Since then, deliveries have been 100% reliable, within the delivery time given at the time of the order, or even earlier. The packages are delivered in the evening so we are almost always at home.

I think the experience with Amazon.com.be largely depends on the reliability of the logistics partner, which can vary depending on the company and the location... it's probably better in the big cities than in the countryside. In any case, I have ordered a lot over the last year and it is the only company that has always delivered on time.

Two problems (one question about an invoice and one broken article) have been solved within the minute through customer service chat.
