Been a customer of Amazon Prime Video for a while and generally happy with them. Communication was clear and I always knew where my order stood. Delivery took a couple of days longer than the estimate, but nothing dramatic. I'd happily use them again.
Slow erosion of value!
Ads are bloody ridiculous now. When it first started I made the argument I was paying for something and being sold. Then ads were 12s long. Now they are minutes…. Even if you pause you get subjected to it again. Things that used to come ‘tomorrow’ now take two days. Customer service used to be good. Now it is a bot … and if you are really unlucky generation useless.
