Amazon Accounts 

I ordered an item on 29th July that said delivery would be the 11th August so took the day off to wait for the item but for some reason I messaged Amazon on the live chat just to double confirm and it advised that it was doing everything possible to make the item gets to me on 11th, still not very satisfied I called them to be told by the agent that NO the item is coming today as it is stuck at the depot, I requested a call back from a manager that was promised within the hour 4 hours later I call them back to be told that if you want compensation more than the £10 gift card I have to prove with a letter from my HR Department confirming the unpaid leave. Also this was the 2nd occasion I waited in for items that do not show up. Done with Amazon I think

These people are so money hungry that they will go into credit card accounts without permission and charge them. I'm very disappointed in Amazon because people have lost morals and they will do anything to squeeze money out of you. This is a billion dollar company there's no need for that. I was a prime member for over 2 years and this is what I get in return after the business I've given them, I wish I could get all of my money back!!!!!!! So disappointed

Never really have issues with Amazon, albeit some times i do jse indepdents.

The worst I repeat the worst possible service I’ve ever came across I normally don’t write reviews but I just think this one deserved it I bought a card to put money on Amazon I read on their email gift card delivered within five minutes or instantly on rare occasions 24 hours so I said OK cool that one waited five hours nothing so I contacted them and they said oh there’s a glitch in the system will refund you your money and make the purchase again which I did this time again so they did it again the third time I do it they lock my account because they detected fraudulent activities that they’ve done 48 hours I’m gonna have to wait now to hear from any of them and on top of it the money that I still have in there I can’t even speak because I lock my account do not I repeat do not go through Amazon you can have the worst experience of your life

I recently set up an Amazon account, and uses their gift card to place an order online. It was processed, shipped and delivered in no time at all! I just placed another order and this item's already on its way.

I am very happy with the process of ordering and delivery of my purchase from Amazon.

I purchased some expensive luggage from Amazon. I didn't use it right away bc I didn't need to fly anywhere at the time. After a few months I booked a flight and got ready leave. After I packed all my clothes I discovered I was missing the keys to my lock that was built on my luggage. I immediately contacted Amazon and was told they won't do anything for me bc they only have a 30 day return policy. After that I called Amazon to talk to the supervisor. The supervisor told me the same thing. Some people buy their luggage and don't use it right away. I am shocked bc I thought Amazon was about great customer service.
