What I appreciate most about Neil is that after every lesson, he sends a detailed summary of what we covered that same day. This includes notes from the class, corrections of my grammar mistakes, and the new vocabulary I learned, along with additional example sentences to help me better understand how to use them in real situations.

During the lesson, if I make a mistake while speaking, he corrects it immediately, which I find extremely helpful. Unlike some teachers who simply chat in English during class. I always learn something new with him.

I also really like the small homework, reading a short English news article. It’s very brief and doesn’t take much time, so it doesn’t feel stressful at all. At the same time, it pushes me to build the habit of reading English regularly, which I think is very important.

I would definitely recommend Neil to anyone who wants to genuinely improve their English.

Miss Vera is an amazing teacher. She has a wonderful ability to captivate my daughter’s attention and actively involve her in fun and engaging activities. I have two of the greatest tutors on the app. My Spanish teacher has become and international friend and I trust her language learning style and have learned not to rush but to truly immerse myself in her culture and language. It helped me when I went to visit her home country, Peru, for my month-long, solo birthday trip in December 2025. It was a perfect way to tests everything she had taught me thus far. I felt right home.

I truly enjoy this platform for learning a new language. I especially enjoy learning from Khat since she is a pleasant, empathetic, personable, and patient teacher. And I appreciate that she has seen a lot of good Thai dramas. Everything you need in a teacher for learning a new language; just book with her and see for yourself!

Emily has been a fantastic tutor. As I learn Vietnamese, she has been very supportive and encouraging. I find that when I do her homework, class is much easier, and we can focus on specific things if needed. This is my second time working with Emily, and I am very grateful to know her.

I would have lessons booked and then either the appointment would be deleted as it started, or I wouldn’t be able to enter the meeting.

I’ve been trying for over a month to get a refund for over 20 prepaid lessons and haven’t received any feedback or confirmation from the customer support line.

There are many teachers to choose from, and the teachers I have met with are knowledgeable and professional. The discounted trial classes are a great way to see if a teacher's methods will work well for you without spending a lot of money, especially since most students do not have a lot of extra money.

I have now completed 15 classes with Teresa, and I truly appreciate her teaching style and patience. She created a well-structured and highly relevant 20-class outline tailored to my needs, and each session includes interesting and practical exercises that make learning both enjoyable and effective. My daughter has been learning with Mia for three years and has made incredible progress. Really nice and patient teacher!
She gave me plenty of opportunities to speak during class and corrected me without any criticism, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.
We usually spend the first five minutes of each class catching up, and I feel like we’ve learned a lot about each other through that.
It’s been a while since I last took classes, and I’m genuinely happy to be learning again :)
