I got stood up at a viewing today and had no communication to say it was cancelled. I wish I had seen all these 1 star reviews before reaching out. Still haven't heard back after calling and sending two follow up emails.

Steer well clear, unless you enjoy being fobbed off, messed around and completely ignored.

Booked for 2 viewings 3 days prior and got emailed the info and confirmation about it. The day came, I arrived 5 mins early when it got to the time no one showed up so waited there for 45 MINUTES and still no one showed. So pathetic and huge waste of time, my fault for not reading the other reviews prior, genuinely hope no one reached out to them so they’ll enjoy that!!!!!

I had a viewing at a property with this agency two days ago and was instructed to call them if interested. Despite calling over 30 times during their working hours, nobody answered. Today, I woke up intending to visit their office, only to find an email from 5 am informing me the property was taken. It's baffling how someone managed to reach them to secure it. I advise steering clear of this company; if this is how they treat potential clients, I shudder to think how they treat tenants.

This is the WORST LETTING AGENTS IN ABERDEEN. Spouts off it was set up by two professionals with X amount of years experience between them. It was not long before one of them got out because of the DUBIOUS ETHICS of the other a struck of X SOLICITOR FOR HIS CORRUPT DEALINGS IN MANY OF HIS CLIENTS AFFAIRS. I HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH THE REMAINING PARTNER AS I AM A LANDLORD OF 50+YEARS,and a tradesman of 57+years.He portraits to be an HONEST and GENUINE PERSON,he ain't. BE VERY WARY OF THIS INDIVIDUAL and staff who turn over on a regular basis. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF WHAT I SAY BECAUSE IT'S ALL TRUE!!!

Their terms for landlords seemed fair and they promised everything we needed. Unfortunately, once appointed, it wasn't long before their lack of interest of ability became clear. Getting hold of anyone and getting meaningful answers was very difficult; replies to emails can take days or even weeks - if at all. But worst of all, they lied to and misled us and the tenants.

What looked like god value turned out to be the opposite - they even kep a finders fee when we found a new tenant!Their additional services are ridiculously expensive and, contrary to their website, are not all legal requirements that need 'professional' and expensive intervention. Some, if not all, of the 'independent' services are owned/controlled by the same owner/director, and yet their online information and literature promotes them as wholly independent.

Not surprisingly, you'll get nowhere if you challenge the poor work or high prices. And if they do appoint trades to undertake any work, the results are very mixed and, again, very expensive.

The owner/Director lied about who owns/controls the company to avoid putting things right. I eventually learned thet he was, in fact, struck off the Roll of Solicitors for professional conduct - he was misleading clients.

When we tried to leave and go to another agent it was difficult and very costly. I wish I had never heard of them.

Go to them at your peril. You have been warned.

Terrible customer service and make it so difficult to actually rent a property. They use an external referencing agency who will charge you for your referencing, stupid as Am and Pm are supposed to be an expert letting agency, so surely they could do it themselves!
They talk down to you and ask you to "Just go through Let Alliance" if you tell them you want to collate all your references yourself.
Additionally, if you do it yourself, they will increase the amount of paperwork you need to provide, saying that they "need to be more strict" which does not make sense as it devalues the service they get from Let Alliance. They also give you just two days to get this ridiculously long list of intrusive documents together, and simply cannot understand that some people do not have a landline phone, and that there are such a thing as pre-paid electric and gas meters!
They also will not accept a driving license as proof of address, absolutely ridiculous.
