Order a pizza with out onion

Order a pizza with out onion, got one with onion and cold in the middle asked if I could get a new pizza or a refund, really anything then the young girl at the counter told me I didn’t ask for no onion, though oh okay my bad check the digital receipt and I was right it said no onion. Emailed called couldn’t get in contact. Don’t use the app with this place. Guess that’s $27 in the bin. no wonder the longer this business goes on the lower its reviews get. Thanks for nothing I guess .
