We’ve been trying to get a mortgage for the past two years now and the mortgage advisors we consulted either were rude or weren’t much help. Someone then recommended Amal Finance to us and we regret not using his services sooner. Talha has been absolutely amazing. Handled everything so professionally and was always polite through out the process. The whole process took around 3 weeks. Could’ve been faster but there was a delay from our side due to providing statements. I will always recommend Talha in the future to friends and relatives.

When attempting to get a mortgage and you’re unsure of how much you can or can’t borrow it’s essential that you’re able to speak with an advisor who provides clarity. The best thing is that Talha who I dealt with is honest and upfront and always In constant communication providing updates and answering any queries. Fantastic bridging loan brokers…
I have used bridging loan brokers before and received an average service.
The level of service I received from Talha was impeccable, my bridging loan requirements were very complex, we needed to extend and refinance a bridging loan secured against a mixed use commercial unit to purchase a further two investment properties.
Talha broke down each element and simplified the whole process.
Communication couldn’t of been better.
We will be coming back to Talha to exit the bridging loan and remortgage.
I would highly recommend Talha for bridging loans and complex property finance
