Very bad experience. They have not returned my security deposit, and their customer service is extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Very disappointing experience. I rented a car from this company for three days at the end of November 2025 and paid an AED 1,000 security deposit. I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned despite repeatedly contacting them by phone and WhatsApp.

I have submitted an official complaint to Dubai Consumer Protection with all supporting documents, but the issue remains unresolved. Their communication and customer service have been extremely poor. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be very careful and obtain a signed copy of the contract and written confirmation of all charges.

Just last month aug 11 2026 I book for them 1 week rent a car till now they didnt return my deposit and when they send email they said have deduction for the car pick up charge. How come? Your renting car not include the pick and drop of the car? They said it was on the contract which they take from me. So I don't have the copy. Both original and copy with them. I hope this company will be close for good. Too much harami. The staff will not talk to u on phone closed in ur face. And in watsap no reply also. Always lying. No manners at all. No respect. They dont want to return ur deposit. All excuses they will give u. Dubai govt. Should be aware of this kind of company..

They are fraud. They are living by stealing from

They almost fooled me. I kept following up about my refund and even went to their office in Garhoud three times just to get my deposit back. On my third visit, they finally returned my deposit.
Based on my personal experience with this company, I would not recommend them to anyone. The process was stressful and required too many follow-ups.

WARING AND ALERT - don't sign the agreement without reading, don't take the car with them.

Full scamming team, don't believe their initial commitment
all the below will deduct from your deposit
admin fee - 50 aed they will deduct
pick up drop they will tell free, but 300 aed finally they will charge.
unlimited km they will say but when you sign the agreement its mentioned term called schedule of charges applicable which is in the next page they will not show you, from that all your deposit will be deducted if you sign their agreement.

full scamming team, don't book anything from them.
they are not actually car rental, take care of your card details also.

I would not recommend this car rental company. They have not returned my security deposit after the rental. The only way to get the deposit back seems to be by visiting their office in person. I got it in that way.

Warning to anyone considering renting from Al Zameer Cars. Many customers, including myself, are still waiting for our security deposits to be returned. Communication stops, and it becomes extremely difficult to get a response. There seem to be numerous similar complaints from other customers. I hope the relevant authorities investigate this matter and take appropriate legal action if any laws have been violated.!!!!

Fraud people

They are the worst rental car service in uae. All employees are fraud and liars.They will overcharge from your refund amount and if you exceed the km range they will change a huge amount from you. After the 1 month after the aggreement they won't give your money as per contract they charge for everything like delivery and pickup (around 250) and car dirty charges like 350 aed...etc

The staff are very rude. They are professional fraud.don't take rental car from them

This company is a complete scam. They charge extra fees without explanation and refuse to return the deposit. Very unprofessional behavior and no proper customer support. I regret renting from them and would warn everyone not to take any car from this company.

Dishonest car rental company. Cheat people by not telling the truth. i have rented car and they are stilling my money 750 AED in the name of pickup charge and car wash where car was return 100% clean. be careful with this company. They are cheaters and no honest.

They are cheater , they will never return deposit and once you go to ask deposit , they will put extra charges and say it’s there in contract company rule . Imagine who charge 200 aed for cleaning suzuki Celerio . And there agent will agree on everything when u want there service and say don’t worry about anything km , dropping everything will take care .
But when it comes to return deposit all will change .

100% fraud and cheating group,
i have rented car on last month by agreeing 50 aed per day,and 1000 aed deposit,
then on delivering time (4 hr late delivered)they asking for 30 aed delivery charge,
i paid 80+1000 aed as they asked with condition that 1000 will be returned on returning the car.
i returned the car next day.
even after 1 month ,i have not received the deposit amount,

Very disappointing experience with this car rental company.

I did not ask for any VIP service, but your team itself informed me that they would come and pick up the car. I even paid AED 30 through the payment link which, as confirmed by your salesperson, included pick-up and drop-off. Now, after everything, you charged me AED 280 for pick-up and other charges, which is completely unfair.

Also, the condition in which I received the car was very poor — the car was not washed and was given to me in a dirty condition. However, I returned the car after service in much better condition, yet I was charged AED 100 for returning the car dirty, which makes no sense.

Additionally, the AED 150 parking fine was already paid from my side as instructed by your operations team, and I have proof of payment and chat confirmation, but still this amount was included again in the deductions.

Overall, this has been a very bad experience due to poor communication, unfair charges, and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this rental company to others based on my experience.

Till you get the car without stopping calling la la la after returned the car all hidden charges will come out service very slow after 2 months they returned from 1000 aed to 300 aed only! May this haram money let go for funereal of somoene of you !

Please do not rent on this company as you can see all people on the review, they are not able to get or refund the deposit, there's a lot of hidden charges. for those who's not able to get the refund. kindly contact me or reply on this comment to take the necessary action.

After you return the car and conclude your contract, you will already see hidden costs, deposit has not been refunded and they said that I used it for an extra day while one of them did not come to pick up the car.⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️
