Basically i was overcharged the amount…

Basically i was overcharged the amount on “Gold Rate” & according to the sales women promise of 50%discount on “Making Charges” when i purchased Necklace&Bracelet set from AL ZAIN.
Afterwards i noticed the sales women persuaded me to purchase with false discount promised. I trusted her words and also sales women took card to the office behind the shop & took long time to prepare the receipt and i ask other salesman why she is taking long time to prepare receipt and i was getting late to reach airport. In the plane i checked receipt and i found she don’t gave me 50%discount on making charge of jewellery.

After complaining they send me email with voucher of half the amount from the overcharged amount that’s disappointing me their service and the staff who speak with me on phone from finance department was very arrogant and bad behaviour,don’t apologised me
And was behaving as if he giving the overcharged amount from his pocket.
I’m kindly requesting Mr Nabeel Al-Zain the owner of the AL ZAIN Company to refund me remaining overcharged total “228 BD”
Also i checked Making charges on each gram of gold AL-ZAIN charging half the amount of’Gold Rate’ which is ‘Haram’ according to IsLam.
I kindly request AL ZAIN to reconsider and settle the overcharged amount.

Love the ring

Love the ring! Hopefully they sell 1 to 2 carat diamond engagement ring soon! And 18k carat gold wedding band for Men as well. Thank you.

AlZain send me reply wh phone number to…

AlZain send me reply wh phone number to call them and when I’m calling them on that number is not ringing. Even the number they send me wrong. I thought they will solve and refund the extra amount which they took from me. Is Haram for AlZain to take high amount making charge per gram!
And i was thinking to buy for my daughter more gold and now is upsetting me.
