Scam - I did not setup this account.

The agent might be helpful in cancelling the subscription but I found they didn't ask for any verification of my account to be able to cancel it. I only had to provide an email address.

They weren't able to provide any details as to where or how the account was created and immediately stated that they don't just create accounts without people's knowledge which seems like a strange response.

There are a lot of reviews in a short period of time too, the only good reviews relate to good customer service when cancelling - read between the lines!

Please don't give them a good review just because they asked you to.

The customer representatives are friendly and solution-orientated. They did their best to help. Thank you.

Harry cancelled my account subscription for me after 3rd party subscription. The process to cancel was easy enough. Thanks harry for sorting it quickly, the monthly subscription prices are too high. I was asked by Harry to leave this 5 star review

I was put on a subscription that was in error and Harry was fabulous in remedying the situation including organising a refund. The refund is yet to be deposited but l wait in hope.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! This is a total SCAM, I did not asked to joined any membership, and now they are charging me a lot of money, they have gave me the option of cancelling within 14 days, while in the meantime, they want to make more charges, thus, they asked to make a good review for giving me the money back, which is totally pathetic since is a complete lie!

DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.
They scammed my father twice, with this website and with another one called "hike4yourway".
They sent an email to my father making him believe to pay 2 euros to have more gigabytes on his smartphone that he needed, instead he found himself subscribed to these websites and without 4 euros on his credit card (maybe they would have taken more money if we had waited some days more)
Besides, they fooled us telling us that they were going to cancel the subscription, instead they didn't.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS, they are writing them, I'm sure.
