Money was fraudently taken from my account as I was tricked into sigining up when I tried to sign up for something else. Contacted customer services and they have not been helpful. Trying to get my bank to block their requests for payment as I never wanted to sign up to their services.
The company has asked for additional information following my review? Not really much to add. They understand the issue as i have been in constant communication with them. I unwittingly authorised a payment for them thinking it was for something else. I contacted them straight away to advise of what had happened and they still proceeded to try to take out £29.00 from my account. Luckily there was no money in the acc as its not an account that I use frequently. I have asked them to stop the payment so that when I top up the account the money does not go out but I can't get a straight answer out of them confirming whether it has been cancelled.

They scammed me, never order there, I asked them to refund me, it's been months and I still haven't received anything, they sent me an email asking me to put a positive opinion to receive my refund, they are scammers, never order from them! I will put negative opinions until I am reimbursed.
