The customer service is good they respond to emails but I give 2 star because their are inconsistencies with fees to deposit and withdrawals take 3 to 7 working days. Sometimes will take 48hrs so not sure why they say 3-7 working days. They need to improve on timescale for withdrawals otherwise lose good business whatever facility they use needs upgrading because withdrawals should be 48hrs to 72hrs max.

Started account with Alvexo very easily set-up account, easy to deposit funds myself, when withdrawing funds process very simple and in my account between 4-5 days, I had an amazing Senior Account Excutive Christos Nounis who tailored my preferences and advised accordingly with what I felt comfortable, and the additional trading tools he demonstrated very methodically and simplistically for me to understand how to view the trades and also how to pull reports of my activity for personal analysics. Also regular calls to update changes in the market place and advised on potentional opportunities for investment.

I am an existing client of Alvexo for quite some time and after reading some of the reviews on here I got scared and nearly lost a lot of money because of it. Due to the reviews I wanted to withdraw all my funds, which included profits, and contacted my contact person Antony, he explained that I can at anytime withdraw my funds if I wish but that it was not a good idea to take everything as the markets are providing good potential. In the end I decided to test them and only withdraw my profits which was handled professionally and in a timely manner (it took 5 days for the funds to come back to my bank). I also managed to make significant gains in the past week thanks to the market information explained to me by Antony. I feel it is only fair to give a decent review to both Antony and Alvexo and I will never again doubt that they have my best interest at all times. I hope those of who that read this make your own minds up and are able to have a successful investment just as I have done.

I sign-up to their seminar via Investing.com and after it they called me and trying to push hard their teaching services by the one way questions. When I told them, that Im investing for more then 10 years, that I dont wanna be speculator because it tooking several hours per day, they was so frustrated, that they told me, that I will be never successful and hung up phone. Hmm. Very interesting, that company like this doing 70 percents of webinars for Investing.com. What a non profesionnal manipulation technique and insulting clients. Hmm I recommend everyone to go away from this Alvexo. I dont like this extreme sales techniques :(. It not make me a good day. I think, that they just focusing on beginners, have a tricks how to ask them like "Why you sign-up to our beginner seminar, you NEED someone more experienced" etc. When you tell them, that it was just for fun and that you are experienced, and that truth skills are not in indicators but in psychology, they just smile and are frustrated, that you are not a kid who "eat it". Ach jo, they simply wanna your money and selling hard. This was my last seminar from this company, I hate this call. Extremely pushing, manipulating and frustrating.

BTW one copy paste directly from Alvexo email which showing exactly how "good" their services are: "Complied by our in-house analysts we deliver you 3 times* a day a total of 9 signals to help you locate potential trading opportunities on the global markets." ... "71.64% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider."

Very poor. They keep calling you and seems to be forcing you to be a client. Looks scam.When i said about their review on trust pilot. She started talking about another company’s review. Be carefull with this guys..definitely a scammer...I had to ask them delete all my details from their data according to GDPR.

I find the trading platform misleading compared to other trading platforms especially when it comes to real time prices.... Withdrawals take forever, best to avoid. Also the response to customers review continuously follows same pattern, We cant find your name on the database so dodgy, if you are professionals and you are given good reviews you will find the names on your database but when you are given bad reviews you cant find the names on the database, wake up.

The last one was specifically Terrible and rude when I kindly told her that if I would be interested it would be me reaching out to them, her response? "No! You are interested because you already came to us!" Then told her that I was not interested because they were being pushy... One would expect and apology at this stage, but the rude "agent" said "No! I am not being pushy!"
Gave me no choice but to hang up

I had very bad experience with Alvexo.

I have been with ALVEXO since July 2020. They are good and live up to their responsibility as efficient brokers, withdrawals would have been as fast as deposits in time,. They say that their success is hinged on the success of their clients.

I have been trading with Alvexo for more than 6 months now. My Senior Account Executive is Mr. Moayad Mehmet. Both his and the company service and support has been great, he has educated me in trading and how the market works. Because of this I managed to unlock my bonus that the company gave me on my deposits. Unlike other companies I have dealt with I was more than happy when I was able to withdraw my bonus amount. I have had no issues with depositing or withdrawing funds and the process is always done quite quickly. I have recommended Alvexo to my friends and will recommend them to anyone else who asks me. I am dealing with Alvexo, but they are saying they are from Cyprus office, so is it the same company and is it trusted to deal with them ??

There put your pressure to deposit money quickly on the website, but when you want to withdraw it takes you one week.

The manager of your account don't give you many advise.

They put a minimum leverage 0.25 very high if you have less than 5k. If the stock goes up you earn, if it goes down you lose a lot quickly.

I have lost 1100€ on my 5000€ and decided to go on etoro where I do copy trading less risky.
