Sending out damaged body parts. *Superslow response, old way of filling out papers and sending back some kind of waranty papers. I took pictures of everything and mailed them but that was not enough. It cost me more to contact them and hunt for justice than just throw the damaged part. They never payed back my money even if i filled out the forms. The promised delivery date was also not fullfilled with aprox 8 days.

Hello so I ordered a axle from these guys for my 2006 smart fourtwo 450, simple yes. I gave year, make, model and Vin # so there would be no mistake. They checked and yes we have your cars correct part. Two weeks come it arrives and nope wrong. Texted 28 or so later, yup send it back. I said do you replace, yes with refund. Part $150 or so. $247 Canadian dollar to send back. Texted again 8 or so I believe time with no response. There screw up, me responsible for shipping on a part they sent wrongly. Never buy parts from these Alvadi, very bad reviews for this part site. We will be hitting every car forum and as many people on the street about this shifty parts store, online and brick-shop out there. Spread the word on these morons.

Bad coustomer service. They told me to send it in return. But then they said that I woldent get a refund anyway. If they had got the parts they could just resell it and make a profit. That is a scam

I have bought some parts for my car in this store and although they offer a great variety of brands and spare parts, there is no warranty, two of the parts that I have bought presented bad quality, I wrote to the main email of the site to make a warranty claim and they never answered me.
