Amazing customer service and support with great quality product

Great price and a really easy product to use. The price is superb and for the small shower room I have used it for the look and feel is really good.

Amazing quality wall panels and very affordable and well priced. Surprised by the quality upon arrival. Swift delivery and handled with care.

Ordered 4 acoustic ash grey wall panels around 7pm on the Wednesday evening, got a phone call around midday on the Thursday from the delivery driver saying he was at my home with the panels!!!! Thankfully I wasn’t far away and he was able to wait till I arrived, crazy that they were delivered in less than 24 hours, panels were well packaged and in perfect condition, best price I could find anywhere, very happy 👍👍👍

Their customer service is brilliant and so are their products. I absolutely love my new sofa it’s exactly what i expected. They helped me out so much by holding my sofa in their wear house until I was ready for the delivery at no extra cost which was amazing and extremely helpful.

Great product and easy to put up . Delivered quickly as well . Looks stunning up and reasonably priced

Excellent product
Great price
Will definitely use again.

Delivery on time excellent service will buy again.

Ok the 4 panels we received, all 4 last wood strip was narrower at one end which made the straight line squint.
Also the overlap gaps are wider than the rest of the gaps which is quite noticeable.

Second time buying a sofa from here and once again, delivery was spot on. This one was for my parents’ home – the corner sofa named Tribeca is absolutely lovely! It looks great and is even more comfortable than a similar style I saw at one of those big-name sofa chains in a retail park – and that one was twice the price!

Well informed from purchase to delivery. I've had my acoustic sound board fitted and I'm very very impressed with quality of the Aluxo product. I would highly recommend Aluxo to anyone and I will definitely use this company again without a doubt.

After moving into our new home, we were eager to find a mattress that combined comfort, support and convenience.
The Aluxo Oasis 2000 pocket memory pillow mattress arrived quickly and was easy to manoeuvre into our bedroom, thanks to its compact packaging (with wheels!). Within 48 hours, it was fully expanded and has been really comfortable ever since. We've noticed significant improvements in our sleep quality.

An excellent experience, not having purchased acoustic panels before I was wary of the quality I might receive.
I rate these far better than Wickes are selling at a higher price.
Delivery and communication was very very good.
I highly recommend using this company, I will again in the future.

After moving into our new apartment, we were keen to furnish without overspending.
I purchased a mattress in a box as it was practical for us to bring up to the second floor. Sleeping on it has been a delight. Given the quality and affordability, we are very satisfied with our purchase.

fast delivery and customer service when I requested an additional receipt with specific details included.

terrible sofa, falls apart , poorly made and no customer service … AVOID

Amazing Sofa, this is such a great quality and good value for the price.
I got it delivered super quick and Claire at the customer service was very helpful and quick to response even at night.
