I ordered 8 dining chairs, and 2 arrived with incorrect bases, meaning they cannot be assembled. I chased the Customer Service team and this was resolved in a few weeks, as they sent the correct bases. The chairs are great quality and it seems that the Customer Service team has now been changed, so potential issues will be resolved quicker, which is a positive!

Beautiful sofa and Great service

Absolutely love these acoustic panels from Aluxo.
Delivery was super fast and the quality-to-price ratio is honestly amazing. I chose the Walnut Dark Oak finish and they look fantastic in real life , very premium and stylish.

They’re cheaper than B&Q . The panels instantly elevated the space and were exactly what I was looking for.
Highly recommend if you’re after beautiful acoustic panels at a great price.

Terrible do not order from this site.

I’m still waiting a refund of over £500 a month after collection.

All emails have been ignored and there is no phone number to allow you to speak to anyone.

Also reached out on social media and nothing!

Seem like a scam company.

Theres was also difficulty will initial delivery, total shambles.

Prompt delivery and first class stuff.
The thickness of the backing means it's really rigid and easy to work with.

Still haven't received my parcel. Ordered it 24th November. 2 weeks ago.

When panels eventually turned up, the first 3 I opened were damaged. Been trying to return for a week now and communication lines with Aluxo are terrible. Currently finding it hard to get a response which is frustrating.

Absolutely beautiful dining chairs!..delivered on schedule and with care. Incredibly easy to assemble. It can be difficult ordering online as the quality isn’t always as good as it appears but these chairs are fantastic quality, comfortable to sit on and look great in my kitchen

We bought a table and 6 chairs
There is no assembly service and the marble top needs 4 people to lift
So I cant assembly it
So paid 1200 for nothing

Currently on day 11 after ordering a sofa from Aluxo. Was supposed to arrive on 3/11/25 - informed it had been lost by courier - not quite sure how you lose a sofa 🤷🏻‍♀️
Informed a replacement has been raised. No tracking number provided, even when asked for multiple times. Customer service is minimal to say the least. Basic replies to questions, which are not very swift. No phone number to actually speak with anyone. I have reached out via multiple contact platforms.
Still have no idea as to when my sofa will be arriving, if at all!
Not happy and do not recommend unfortunately.

Great quality furniture and an even better price! Few problems with delivery but customer service was great. Pays to shop around as the furniture I bought was 20% cheaper than some other well know stores. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Aluxo!

Acoustic panels are great quality for the price. I had a problem with the delivery firm damaging the panels and Aluxo were very quick in sending me replacements. I will definitely come back for more when we do our bedroom.

Shocking Customer service. Received 6 chairs 2 weeks ago, screws missing for one chair, been emailing constantly but still not received. No phone number to speak to anyone. Not impressed. I emailed and asked for someone to call but still nothing, no response to email about missing screws.

Good product, easy to cut and fit. Customer service very good, quick replies to sort out a problem with wood colour. Delivery service used isn't great, I waited in one day and it arrived the next. The tracking wasn't very good. However arrived eventually and left where I asked.

I’m absolutely delighted with these chairs! They’re sturdy, beautifully made, and look fantastic in my dining room. I’ve received so many compliments on them already. The whole process—from ordering to delivery—was seamless. I’d definitely recommend this company!
