Placed and paid for an order 29th Sept. Still not arrived 7th October. Looks like trainers now out of stock. Sent various messages via social media. No reply. Will be going to the shop for a refund as obviously they ignore any messages that are sent. Not very professional at all.

Ive been shopping with this business…
Ive been shopping with this business for a number of years and they last few months I have had a few issues which I raised. These issues being orders not being sent told I would get a call back late of refunds refund not being processed even though there signed for told someone would get back to me and false promises. promise returns have done days later still not hence the frustrations. Owner passes the blame to her daughter too As this is on an online retailer and this day and age I fast fashion naturally there will be returns and now because of that they want to ban me when I’ve said I’m disappointed with the service which I have every right to be. Not a way to treat a loyal customer and honestly shocked to how they have acted and responded. Shop with caution your be penalised for making orders absolutely beyond me.

Priya from customer service went above and beyond to ensure I had my package on time for an important occasion. Such a personalised service and amazing quality items.
I have never experienced such kind and personal customer service ! Will definatley be ordering again and again , can’t thank them enough

Ordered first time from website
Ordered first time from website, after 3 wears the seam has come undone making item unwearable. This wasn't a cheap item, customer service won't do anything. Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service. Will never buy again after this experience
