I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to proceed with extreme caution and ONLY pay by credit card so you are protected.
Here is my experience:
Feb 27, 2026 – Order placed (€140.56 total)
March 2026 – No updates, no tracking from local courier, no contact at all
Late March – I had to chase this myself, even contacted customs (they had no record)
April 9, 2026 – Told the item was “returned to sender” as “rejected/refused” (this is completely false as I was never contacted or given a delivery attempt)
April 9, 2026 – Refund processed BUT they deducted return shipping costs
Now – Only €87.75 refunded, €52.81 withheld for an item I NEVER received
Let me be clear:
I NEVER received the item
I NEVER refused delivery
I had ZERO communication from the courier (An Post)
I was still charged for return shipping
This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how this company operates.
I have now had to open a fraud chargeback with Visa to recover the remaining money.
Important advice:
If you are going to buy from this company, USE A CREDIT CARD. It’s the only reason I have any protection here.
Very poor experience – lack of communication, failed delivery, and being charged for something I never received.
Avoid unless you are willing to take the risk.
